AJ Labs Reviews

The training (Advanced Genesys CX) was well‑structured, easy to follow, and delivered in a way that made even the more complex topics approachable.

A big thank‑you to our trainer, Abdul (AJ). His deep knowledge and patience really stood out. He explained concepts clearly and used practical, real‑world examples that connected the material to situations a contact center professional may encounter in day‑to‑day work.

What I appreciated most was that the training went beyond basic system administration and call flows. It included hands‑on scenarios for BYOC with cloud SBC, as well as API integration with third‑party applications such as Salesforce, Twilio, and ServiceNow. These practical exercises significantly strengthened my understanding of how the platform behaves in real environments.

Overall, I found the course highly valuable and would definitely recommend it to others looking to build confidence and capability with Genesys Cloud CX.

The best training from AJ on Genesys cloud, learned a lot and now i am able to create architect flows and integration by own. Thankful to AJ.

I recently joined the Genesys Cloud training at AJ Lab Training Class under trainer Abdul, and it has been one of the best learning experiences for me. Abdul’s teaching style is very friendly, practical, and easy to understand. He explains every concept with clarity and makes sure everyone in the class understands properly before moving forward.
Before joining this training, I had limited knowledge of Genesys Cloud, but now I feel much more confident in handling concepts and practical scenarios. The hands-on sessions, interview guidance, and continuous support really helped boost my confidence and improve my professional skills.
This training has definitely given me an extra edge in my professional career, and I’m truly grateful for the knowledge and support I received.
I highly recommend AJ Lab Training Class and Abdul to anyone who wants to learn Genesys Cloud in a practical and professional way.
