Valuable training
I took the Genesys CX training in 2024, I did not have any experience with Contac centers and I gave me the chance to learn something new and I found AJ training very valuable for my professional career, it took me 10 months after the training to get a job related to Genesys CX and now I'm very thankful that I took the course and still learning about it.
I recommend AJ training due to he always are updated about the last trend of technology,his explanations are very clear and always have time to explain difficult topics and doubts from students.
