Great learning experience, Thanks to AJ

AJ is an excellent trainer. I participated in the Microsoft Teams Direct Routing training, where he thoroughly covered the step-by-step process of configuring Microsoft Teams with various SBCs, including Ribbon and AudioCodes. I highly recommend him and look forward to attending more of his trainings, particularly in the area of Unified Communications.

Awesome training and content.

I taken the Genesys Cloud CX Architect course conducted by Abdul Jaseem through AJ Labs, and I must say it was an excellent learning experience. The course content was well-structured, highly relevant to real-world use cases, and aligned perfectly with the certification objectives.

Abdul Jaseem’s deep knowledge of the Genesys platform, especially Architect and flow design, made complex topics easy to understand. His hands-on approach, clear explanations, and willingness to clarify doubts helped me build strong foundational knowledge and practical confidence.

Thanks to this course, I was able to successfully clear the Genesys Cloud CX Architect certification. I highly recommend AJ Labs to anyone preparing for Genesys certifications or looking to gain in-depth expertise in the platform.
