Scammers. Stay away from them.

I got the Black on White 5075B Plus ISO mechanical keyboard. And at first I was in love with the way it feels and looks. After some weeks, though, the first switches started malfunctioning. Like some keys didn't always register, or register double, which is very annoying when typing a lot. I contacted them and got about 20 spare switches, which I was happy with because I felt likt this might solve the problem. Unfortunately more switches kept falcuntioning over time. Now my spare switches are all used and the problem keeps happening. I contacted them again, but they don't want to help me anymore, because my 2 year guarantee term is over, even though the problem started (and was reported) way within this period.

So, I get that they don't want to help me after the 2 years guarantee period. But I won't ever get a keyboard with them again and I want to advice potential buyers of this situation, because these keyboards aren't cheap.

Schrecklicher Support. Ich soll ständig irgendwelche Videos drehen weil ich die Tastatur zurück geben möchte. Die Rücksendeadresse hatte man mir dann erst nach der vierten Mail mitgeteilt. Diese liegt im Ausland, was 45€ kosten würde. Nirgends ist ersichtlich, das man bei Rückgabe des Produkts ins Ausland verschicken muss. Ich kann hier nur andere warnen hier zu kaufen es sei denn, man weiß was man will.

I have been using this brand for 3 years now after a lot of keyboard , switch and keycap set , i still love it and recomend it to my friend and ither people on the internet

I've been testing mechanical keyboards for a while now, and the Monsgeek Fun60 has truly left me speechless. From the moment I took it out of the box, I realized I was looking at something special: the finish is premium, the weight is perfect, and the typing feel... simply incredible.

The first thing that caught my attention was the sound. Smooth, clean, with no annoying noises—it's a pleasure to type on.

The RGB is another strong point. Awesome. The lighting is powerful and well-distributed, with tons of effects to customize it to my liking. And the best part: if I ever get bored with the design, I can easily change the keys and switches.

As for connectivity, it's impeccable. I've used it in Bluetooth, wired, and 2.4G mode, and in all options, the response is fast and error-free. The battery lasts much longer than I expected, so bonus points for that.

In short, I didn't expect to like it so much, but right now it's my main keyboard. If you're on the fence about buying it, I assure you it's worth it. Monsgeek has done a spectacular job with this model. 🔥

I have been using Akko Keyboards for about 2+ years now i have bought the M1W and i loved it so much so i bought the newer model but wireless and its even better. I have also tried the FUN60 wooting keyboards they are amazing at the price, best value for money i have found! Great people, great customer support and very friendly. Cant recommend enough.

Not answering query

I hope Akko EU is not a scam webpage. They’ve been communicating for days and are not answering my question on who the courier is. They don’t understand that not every house has a door number and that we work on door names to. I suspect that they don’t have the product and are out of stock and stalling.

I love Akko keycaps and keyboards, I have the Akko 3098B keyboard which is the perfect size, stylish and sounds amazing with purple switches. I also recently got the 'steamed bun' keycaps and they are so cute. Definitely would recommend this company for keyboards and keycaps, very high-quality.

I purchased the MU01 Wooden Keyboard, it was delivered within 8 days from China to the UK. The keyboard is great and really good quality. There was also parcel tracking all the way through which was really helpful.
