We would like to clarify the sequence of events for your reference. The initial payment was declined on October 21, and the third-party payment was received on October 22. On the same day, a small authorization charge was processed as part of our credit card security verification procedure.
As part of this process, a nominal authorization amount ranging from $0.01 to $5.00 is charged to verify the cardholder’s authorization before proceeding with ticket issuance. Our team attempted to contact you on October 22, 23, and 24 to obtain the required screenshot confirming the authorization amount. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you or receive the necessary verification. As a result, the flight segment was automatically canceled on October 25.
We understand that this situation may have caused considerable inconvenience, and we sincerely regret the disruption to your travel plans. Please be assured that the verification process is intended to protect our customers and ensure the security of their transactions.
