Excess charges - out of control
Satish was good in finding us the fair and tickets. But we got charged several time on credit card. Transactions exceeded our credit limit of $20K. Excess charges for $11K from Oct 12th are still not cleared today - Oct 19th after talking to several people. Looks like NO ONE cares to find issue and solve.
HELP!!!!!!!

Antwoord van Alanita Travel
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. We completely understand how seeing two charges reflected can be worrying, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused.
Please allow us to clarify, your ticket was reissued to the Comfort Refundable Fare as per your request, which includes lounge access and seat selection. During the technical reissue process, the system temporarily reflects two charges. However, only one charge will remain valid, and the duplicate entry will automatically drop off.
We assure you that no excess amount will be collected beyond the correct fare for the upgraded ticket. This is a standard system behavior during reissuance, and we appreciate your patience while the adjustment reflects correctly.
Your preference for a more flexible and comfortable travel option has been fully honored, and we remain committed to ensuring transparency and a smooth experience for you.
Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. We deeply regret the confusion and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
Alanita Travel Team
