A good experience
A very friendly Personal and a fair price the car had 91000 miles and we made more than 2000 miles without a single problem in a great comfort. I recommend to get the car in downtown eben two taxi rides are cheaper than the daily taxes due for a picking up at the airport.

Good Value
Exemplary professionalism from the reservation to the return of the vehicle. Very friendly welcome. Quick reply by email or WhatsApp. Nice car, very clean and runs very well. Good value for the base price. However, additional insurance a bit expensive, especially when you already have them with your credit card. Next time, I'll do better by proving that I'm already insured. Highly recommend this rental company !

Was renting for 3 weeks
Was renting for 3 weeks. I booked online because compared to other rental agencies, their price was better. Spoke to Unnder (sp) in the office and he worked with me on rate and it helped so much!!!! I really appreciate his customer service and his kind nature. The car was very nice and clean and the entire process was easy and simple. Thank you!!!

This company was great to deal with. We had a one way rental from Fairbanks to Anchorage. The vehicle was very clean and dependable. The people that I spoke with at the company were helpful and friendly. A little pricey, but you have a very satisfied customer!

Great experience renting from Alaskan Car Rental. The service was stellar from beginning to end. From the reservation to the car pick-up and drop-off, all was easy and with a smile. It is a breath of fresh air to rent from a local family-owned company. You are always welcomed with an honest smile, and the cars are very well-cleaned and taken care of. I highly recommend this company.
We had a new SUV with only 20 miles on it, still with a temporary license plate. We kept costs down by taking a taxi to their downtown location and for pick-up and drop-off. It made a big difference in the price compared to the major brands. Don't hesitate!

Hands down the best car rental service experience anywhere. Onder is just awesome, polite, and very accommodating. He picked us up and dropped-off at the airport at a very short notice without rushing us. He went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Alaskan Car Rental made us wanting to come back to Anchorage.
