The product is exactly what I wanted, and my son is very happy with it. I was concerned that it wouldn't make it by Christmas, but it did, and I was thrilled! I reached out to customer service during the shipping process, and they were very quick to respond and friendly. Very satisfied!

Great service and quality product
Very happy with this company and their products. Purchased a leather backpack as a gift. Product was shipped a couple of days after order, and shipping was reasonably quick, considering it was from Karachi to the US. Quality of the backpack looks to be very good, quality leather w/ no defects, zippers look sturdy, and great looking overall. I highly recommend this company.

High quality goods and great customer service
The customer service at Alaskan Leather was really great! My spam filter prevented the automatic email with order confirmation, but they quickly replied with the order confirm, number and tracking information as soon as it was ready. Shipping was super quick, getting my gift delivered on time and the bag ordered is high quality, really gorgeous and exactly as I was expecting and hoping for

Great product! Great quality and finitions!! We had some problem with UPS and the French customs, I had to pay an 115 euros extra cost, but it's not ALC fault, only my country and there tax... I love my new jacket so much! It looks great, it fits perfectly, and I love how light it is. I’m used to a heavy motorcycle jacket weighing me down, but this is so comfortable to wear, even with a sweater underneath. I’m sure I’ll be enjoying it for many years to come.

This bag is super small
The bag arrived from Pakistan( where I guess it was made) in about week and the quality seem to be ok.
The huge problem, which makes this bag completely useless for me, is the size.
This is sold as a pilot bag but you can not even fit a A4-size book in to this one. It is super small.
The dimensions on the web page will only tell you the external dimensions.
