Alchemy Bikes Reviews

Bike is beyond expectations awesomeness. It came very well packaged and super easy for anyone with a minimum of experience to assemble, attention to detail was impressive. This comes from a former bike shop employee who used to assemble bikes, so I have experience in this realm. Completely happy with my bike and the experience!

I appreciate the staff for walking me through the essentials of the bike. It is my first gravel bike and I love it!

This company is great to work with. Great people…knowledgeable, helpful and friendly….
The Arktos is a stunning ride that is so well spec ed. Alchemy does it right!

Excellent customer service. I had doubts on what size to purchase and Ben and Bryce walked me through the differences of the two sizes and recommended the XL based on my measurements and riding style. It fits me perfectly.

Very accommodating customer service. They are very thorough and caring in making the best possible experience. The ARKTOS 150 is amazing!

Very friendly, informative, helpful, and down to earth. Love my bike. Love this brand. Excited to rip this thing!!

Dream bike at a great price. Good customer service too. My bike arrived with a bent brake lever and they got it taken care of right away.

The 1st bike that was shipped was damaged in transit, which of course is not Alchemy's fault and just something that happens some times, but I was able to contact someone at Alchemy very quickly and resolve the issues smoothly. Since I got the bike, it's been great - everything I hoped for when I ordered it sight unseen. The positive reviews I had read, which prompted me to make the purchase, where not wrong!

Best bike ever!! Couldn’t beat the price on the bike of my son’s dreams and it was efficiently shipped in expert packaging in time for Christmas! Made it states away in perfect condition.

I wouldn’t buy any other bike. From customer service to a great price on an amazing bike, everyone gives me compliments on how cool the bike is. Support local and shop Alchemy 👍🏻

Great customer service and product support. The team there always go out of their way to make sure you are happy and getting the best out of their bikes.

Great communication, actually talking to folks that know their products. Industry best build spec out there for the money. Top quality components from front to back

Honestly, the bike is not only beautiful it’s serene to ride. Handles so well, at times it even rides like it has a little suspension built in.

Purchased the Atlas Carbon road bike which unfortunately appears to be no longer available. High quality manufacturing and component choices produce a great ride. Very pleased with the bike.

They spent time with me on the phone comparing bikes I’m used to riding against the Arktos 150. I’ve wanted one for years and it finally made sense. Shipping was smooth and on time. The bike absolutely rips! It’s a little heavier that I expected though.

Great small business to buy from .. I would rather buy a bike from a smaller production company than a big box store.

The team at Alchemy was great guiding me through the purchase experience. No matter how many questions and requests I had, they continued to respond professionally and with patience. I love my new Lycos, and waiting for better weather to really get some miles on it.

I love my Lycos. Purchasing it couldn't have been easier. I have already had some amazing rides, even on snowy roads and trails. I would highly recommend the Alchemy Company and their bikes. I will have my first race on it at Old Man Winter 50K. Looking forward to a fantastic ride.

Great bike great company fantastic team
