Nothing short of exceptional customer service.
We have just received an order of scotchs of which a bruichladdich was amongst them. Prior to shipping the order, Jason and team emailed explaining that the bruichladdich did not come in its traditional, iconic packaging and asked whether we would like a refund, continue with the order, or swap it out. We were quite happy to continue with the order.
As a kindness, Jason and team included a variety of free whisky samples to offset an inconvenience that was in no way their doing... but here's the thing, they didn't just throw in some random samples, it was clear they looked at our order and whisky taste and included selected samples that complimented our order.. to us, this is simply old school, personalised customer service and appreciation. So rare these days.
