After about 6 months of normal use, I noticed a small hole/depression on the bridge of the eyeglass frame. The glasses have not been dropped, damaged, or misused. They have only been cleaned regularly. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. Please inspect the frame and advise on the cause of this defect.

They don't solve the problem and don't give satisfaction.
I'm trying to contact the store where I bought my glasses online and I can't. They don't solve my problem. I bought a pair of glasses and it's past the delivery date. I contact them by email, they started and answered and then answered more. The carrier they sent also does not give satisfaction and does not update when they will deliver the purchased product. I don't recommend it and I won't buy anymore. I need an answer with the solution.

Don’t purchase if you’re unsure about your size — returning an item is very inconvenient and costly. You’ll need to pay 126 AED just to return a product!
I bought a Versace sunglasses, but it turned out to be too small. I wanted to exchange it, but the return fees are too high, and the process is full of complicated instructions — such a hassle!
Think twice and make sure of your size before placing your order.
