Do NOT order from this company

Wow. I guess this is the ONLY forum I will be able to get an alexa Kelley customer service agent to help. I ordered a ring June 11. Never came. I reached half a dozen times to them and NOTHING. I asked for a refund and still nothing just some automated response every time I emailed. Tried to go through their social media to comment and just like these other messages they deleted my comments. I’m dumbfounded by this company. All I want is my money back they have stolen.

Alexa Kelley deleting comments

Alexa Kelley is actively promoting 20% off their products on Instagram and deleting all their comments from their page. Why? Because everyone is having a similar experience. I have yet to receive my order from May 26th and I have not received any responses to my emails. A shipping label was created on June 24th but USPS has not received the items . I placed an order for $332. This is so disappointing and their responses below to other client feedbacks are a complete joke. This company is a scam. I hope future buyers see these reviews.

I ordered over a month ago and never…

I ordered over a month ago and never received a confirmation email from them, tracking number nor my earrings. Even then they didn't have an issue charging my account and taking my money. I emailed their customer service, they never replied. I had to dispute this charge directly with my bank. Avoid yourself the headache, read the other reviews. I'll only buy from reputable and honest companies from now on. :)

They take your money and give you NO merchandise

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I placed an order for 2 rings on May 4th. It is now July 1st and I still have no merchandise. They conveniently have no customer service number, and their customer inquiry form barely gets you an answer or resolution. My order supposedly was dropped off to a carrier for drop off to USPS on May 17th and the tracking hasn’t moved since. The few times it seems an actual person responded, I was told a complimentary pair of studs would be added to my order for the inconvenience, and I have received not my original order, nor the comped item. They blame it on shipping delays and a website crash and at this point I’m sick of it. I tried disputing with my bank and they issued a temporary credit which would be taken back if there’s no resolution from the merchant. This company is an absolute waste of time and money. Had I known to read the reviews beforehand, I could’ve saved about $130.00

Unfortunately my review is no different from all the others. I ordered on May 16th and still have not received even a shipping confirmation or time frame. Just like everyone else I got the same email about shipping times and delay and the the “good news your order is being prepared for shipment” and nothing. I have filed a claim with BBB as well so we will see but my guess is I’m just SOL. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update: still no response from the company they made a fake label to make it seem like they shipped it but all they did was create a shipping label and nothing else. BBB is investigating. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY

Wish I could give them zero stars. Such a scam of a company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Placed my order on May 13th and it’s now June 7th and I just got “tracking info” a week ago after emailing them multiple times that I haven’t gotten any updates. They kept giving generic responses saying processing is taking longer than usual due to high order volume. Which I normally would understand but they were still not giving me a timeframe and beating around the bush. I commented on their Instagram saying I was still waiting on my order. They ignored it and deleted it. Then I email again same response. Allow more time. Then got the shipment confirmation but now it’s been over a week and usps has still not received the package. I commented again on the Instagram Wednesday saying “are u just never sending people their items” they immediately responded through dm and said they would reach out to their department and get it looked into. That evening my comment was deleted from their post. I then got an email the following day (Thursday) saying were sorry for the wait but good news ur order is being prepped for shipment today! It’s now Friday and usps is still not updated saying the package was received. I doubt I’ll ever get my order. And with the looks of these other reviews, if I did get anything it would be missing items. I’m gonna wait til Monday. If I still see no movement I’m calling my credit card company and reporting it as fraud. REALLY disappointed in this company and how they’re customer service is handling these issues. It’s a shame that I only went to their page because an influencer posted their jewelry. They’re probably the only ones who actually get things so they can promote this scam of a company. If you’re considering buying their products I mean it when I say please do not and keep ur money.

WHY IS 0 STARS NOT A THING

WHY IS 0 STARS NOT A THING. I never write reviews, but this company is deleting all comments that are holding them accountable on all their socials. I am a business owner, and nothing infuriates me more than seeing companies take consumers' hard-earned money and withhold products for weeks, months, and even close to a year.

I am undergoing a dispute case with Alexa Kelley. I ordered a couple items totaling $95, but only got sent 1. Alexa closed my dispute case because they sent proof of tracking - but this is for the 1 item, not my full order. They are still withholding my second item and *will not* refund or cancel despite it being 3+ months since I placed it. This is double the est. shipment times they listed, but also 3x longer than Federal Trade Commission guidelines. I reopened my case because they are aware that they did not send out my second item, however, they are providing evidence that they did.

What credit card companies do not realize is that they are manipulating information. Alexa Kelly will provide the tracking number for only 1 out of the 5+ items you purchased! This manipulates the dispute case as you will get re-charged for the full amount of $200+ instead of only, let's say, $20 for the 1 item you did receive.

I ordered 2 items on Mar 17. but came to realize the horrible customer experiences with the company via TrustPilot. I emailed the team on Mar 24 to cancel my order, this was before my order got shipped out or any processing was done on their end btw. To which I received yep - an automated response. I politely replied and said to cancel my order. I updated the email on Apr 14 and yesterday, May 30th asking them to cancel my order; again - no response.

They sent out one item which I received a month after placing my order. But not my other item - even though they charged me for it. Not the point though, because I asked them to cancel 2x and refund me, but they ignored me.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company. AlExA KElleY then responded to the credit card company (but not their customer's emails, wth), and provided "documentation" that they did ship my order. That is half true, yes you did ship my order, but only HALF of it - but you are still charging me for the FULL order!

And that, ladies and gents, is how I believe Alexa Kelley attempts to manipulate information. Given the numerous horrendous experiences, how is this company still in operation? Does anyone know how we can take legal action against this company?

"Alexa Kelley", if you are reading this, maybe if you spent *any* time handling customer service inquiries as you do delete comments and reviews off your socials, you wouldn't be 1-star rated.

You may be a "legit" company as you call yourself, but you are not an ethical company.

RESPONSE TO ALEXA KELLEY (6.7.24)
There was NO indication of a pre-order on the items I purchased, at the time of purchase, otherwise, I would have been more understanding. You guys recently updated your website to reflect this notification to save face and "protect" you from any legal liability.

Currently, as of 6.7.24, your pre-order states Shipping occurs an est. 5-6 weeks for the Fiona ring, I placed my order on March 17, it is now June 7th - that's 13 weeks anyhow.

Moreover, the Federal Trade Commission states that if there's a delay in my shipment, the seller has to notify and give the option to either cancelling my order for a full refund, or I agree to wait. While I received an automated response for delayed shipping, I did NOT agree, and asked for a refund and cancellation of my order on March 24; 8 days after placing my order. To which there was no reply from you.

I have all the email threads and I am 100% willing to upload these wherever I can (I also did to my credit card company) because the company did not reply to any emails; just as you have not to the hundreds of other consumers below. So, no, do not say you've replied and tried to be attentive to the situation.

I understand items cannot be canceled after delivery, however, I emailed asking for order cancellation on March 24, the shipment for my 1 of 2 items did not get processed until March 27 and was delivered nearly a month later on April 17. This is when I asked for a return and cancel my other item in my order. That's 3 business days the team had an opportunity to reply.

While you did offer a one-time courtesy, I replied and said I wanted to get a refund and return processed. Why would I want store credit when I was completely compliant with your store policies? My order was eligible for a full refund. And I STILL did not get assisted - and til this day - still haven't!

So please, do not try to manipulate the situation as there is hard proof of these email exchanges.

Update - We have verified that your bank has resolved this matter. You have received a refund for the preordered item due to non-fulfillment during the dispute. The system only provided tracking details for the delivered Willa Cuff.

Our records indicate that one of your items was delivered, while the second item was a pre-order, clearly noted above the "Add to Bag" button on our website. This pre-order status means the item has an extended delivery time which is also stated on the product page. For a bit of insight, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase, as this allows for your order to be placed in a queue to ensure it’s fulfilled once the piece is available to be shipped to you.

We do see that you filed a dispute for the entire order on April 20th, including the item you received on April 16th. Your review confirmed the receipt of the ready-to-ship item. The dispute cites "product unacceptable," suggesting the product received was defective, damaged, or misrepresented. We have not received any prior communication from you regarding issues with the Willa Cuff. Please note, our 60-day warranty covers defective products as per our store policies. Notably, it's impossible for such an issue to occur with a preorder item yet to be shipped. That said, we see our payment processor automatically submitted a response with the available tracking information for the delivered item. To clarify, the response provided tracking information for the item that was delivered and did not include tracking information for the preorder item.

That said, we delved deeper to find our team received your email dated April 16th, 2024; however, we have no record of correspondence from April 14th. On the same day, our team responded personally (not an automated response) and informed you that we encountered technical difficulties with our customer support communication system, causing a delay in our response time in reference to your previous email. During our communication, our team provided clarification about the preorder item (Fiona Ring) and our policies on preorders and cancellations. Despite our no-cancellation policy for preorders, our team empathized with any potential confusion and disappointment surrounding the shipping timeline. As a one-time courtesy, we offered an exchange or store credit for the preorder item. Your response to our email indicates that you received this information (also confirmed by expanding the email thread included in your reply), showing that we did not ignore your emails, as you have claimed. Furthermore, tracking information from the shipping confirmation email on March 27 confirms that the ready-to-ship item (Willa Cuff) in your order was delivered on April 16th (the same day as this correspondence) as well. Orders for delivered items cannot be canceled.

Transparency is very important to us, and our policies on preorders, order processing, and cancellations are readily available on our website's FAQ and Shipping pages. Additionally, these policies are referred to in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ checkbox, which customers must acknowledge before finalizing their purchase. Our records confirm that you accepted these terms and conditions before completing your order.

I want to state up front that this is the first negative online review I have ever posted about a business, as I generally believe in writing only positive things online about people/businesses. I submitted an order for a necklace in November 2023, and 6 months later it has neither been received nor shipped. I contacted customer service 1 month after the item was ordered, and was told that the necklace would be shipped within 1 week. I contacted customer service an additional 4 times over the next several months and received no further responses. I was forced to submit a dispute with my credit card company which was subsequently denied and I am forced to pay for something I never received. An important thing to know when dealing with scam companies like Alexa Kelley: under federal laws - Regulation E and The Fair Credit Billing Act - your financial institution gives you 60 days to submit a dispute for an error in a transaction (for example: a “company” never sending you something you paid for), and if you wait longer than 60 days to submit the dispute, your financial institution can dismiss the dispute outright. Ignore everything Alexa Kelley says about pre-orders that will be sent out in a week. This is a completely disreputable company that you should absolutely avoid doing business with. Stay away! 0 out 5 stars.

9 months and still not shipped or delivered

I ordered a ring in SEPTEMBER 2023 and I still have not received it as of May 10, 2024. I have reached out to customer service over 20 TIMES (!!!) and have only received a response maybe 5. They also sent me a fake shipping label in March that is clearly not shipping. Currently disputing with my credit card company and cannot emphasize enough to not shop here!!! They shouldn’t be selling the rings online if it’s taking ALMOST A YEAR for them to ship them out. Horrible business, would give them negative stars if I could.

DONT FALL FOR IT

Would give zero stars if possilbe. Please do yourself a favor and order jewelry from LITERALLY anywhere else. Ordered a ring for my girlfriend. I needed to exchange it for a different size. After fighting with their horrible excuse for customer service...they agreed to let me do an exchange. Its been over two months and still no product has come in. Asked for a refund and not a gift card...crickets,,once again they choose not to reply or help. Ive been fighting with these clowns for 4 months. Absolutely horrible experience

Our sincerest apologies for your overall experience shopping with us and the confusion surrounding the return process and shipping timelines for the exchanged item. We see that our Customer Support Team reauthorized your return eligibility upon confirmation that the ring was not worn with its tags still attached and a gift card was issued at your request. That said, we see that the gift card was used to place the second order for our preorder Ayla Ring. Keep in mind, although an item is available on our website, it may have a later shipping date. We always recommend taking a peek on the product page where, in this case, says that the Ayla Ring is a preorder item and will be shipping later above the Add to Bag button. We see our team was in contact with you explaining that the item was a preorder and proceeded to cancel the order on 5/03/24 at your request and issued a refund to the payment methods used to place the order. In this case, since you used a gift card and PayPal to place this order, the refund was credited back to both the gift card and PayPal accounts in their respective original amounts. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to follow up in your current email thread and one of our reps will be happy to assist you further.

The worst

The worst. Do not order. I ordered three rings back in July of 2023, 2 of which were delivered a month later and one I still haven’t received! I’ve reached out numerous times, sometimes I get a response others I don’t and when I do they just tell me it’s coming. So now in March I receive the “tracking info” that everyone else here is talking about and what do you know, it’s been over a month and still USPS has not received the product to ship. Terrible customer service.

UPDATE: still have not heard anything from this company and we are close to it being a year since I've ordered the ring and still haven't received it or communication on when I will receive it!
