Alfred & Co. London Reviews

So first they sent me the wrong order but I emailed and they got straight back same day and sent me the correct order by the next day. So yes they made a mistake but they corrected it fast and the customer service was amazing so thank you

Amazing quality amazing price very impressed

Discovered your website by chance and ordered from you for the first time. A great selection of jewellery, some good deals and reasonably priced items and exceptionally quick delivery and excellent communication and updates.

If I could give this company more stars I would. Made a purchase and I ordered an incorrect chain length. They happily replaced the item for me. Customer service was brilliant. Fast and responsive. Beautiful jewellery and service

I love Alfred and Co. The chain ive got for a christmas present is high-end quality. Its amazing packaging adds to its great quality. The £10 refund scheme for doing reviews is also a great way to give back to customers. Seriously recommend.

My adopted son brought me my chain i wanted + absolutely love it but since ive wanted a matching bracelet which my friend gave me my Xmas money early so straight away I ordered my bracelet im over the moon I only ever take them off to clean every so often love them, now my friend wants to buy a chain like mine as it looks so good xx will be ordering more xx

I purchased this gift for my sons 21st birthday gift. The description and pictures of this item were fantastic but the item itself is amazing, such a fantastic gift

Delivery was fast and easy. The product came exactly as I had expected and is much shinier than i thought it would be which is excellent.

Scam website.
It's been 20 days since the placement of the order. Never shipped (i checked with the delivery company website).
Impossible to contact customer service.
Definitely a scam

Quick & efficient. Good quality.

Initially got the wrong ring size. Emailed their customer services who were very very responsive, sent the ring back for an exchange and received it in double quick time. Exceptional and professional
Customer service and a beautiful ring recovered in time for my holiday. 10/10 and will be back.

The delivery was fast and the ordering process was easy. The engraving was lovely and gives it a personal touch. Didn’t expect the chain to be so shiny. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

Ignored when I queried failure of their next day delivery service even though I had paid for it.

I ordered a chain for my son's birthday and paid for next day delivery. 4 days later nothing has arrived!
Not a trustworthy company. I have been swindled £50

Didn't have to wait very long for the necklace
Very pleased with it, and when need anything else will look at your selection

I’ve ordered from Alfred & Co twice now, both times exceptional quality. I can also confidently say the customer service is top notch. Not by the companies’ doing but my latest package arrived empty clearly tampered with during delivery. After emailing Alfred & Co about the issue they responded promptly, had a replacement sent out and delivered the very next day.
I would always recommend Alfred & Co.

Lovely little bracelet, nice size, just what I wanted. Highly recommended.

I received the bracelet I ordered in fantastic time. The piece was as described and my son it really happy with it.

Perfect item, fast delivery. All round good service!

Absolutely awful. I returned my parcel 3 weeks ago today and still no refund after sending them 3 enquiries on their website.
