I received my wig yesterday and when I tell you the wig is soooo beautiful the fullness of the wig is EVERYTHING the curls are nice and soft the pre plucking of the wig is EVERYTHING the length looks longer than i ordered and I love that also i definitely will be ordering again REAL SOON !! Thanks so much for giving me exactly what I wanted my wig to be like 🥰🥰 shipping was really fast also !

Bad hair company.
Paid £196 for a 14 inch straight hair, 250% density “hd lace”. Firstly, shipping took time. Then the hair arrived, and it wasn’t hd at all. I was sent a transparent lace instead. Imagine paying that much and receiving such, the hair wasn’t even full and sheds so bad. Reached out to them and they were of no help so I finally had to dispute the purchase through my payment method. Never purchasing from them again.

I ordered the Alipearl 16" Ombre Blonde Short Afro Curly 4x4 Lace Closure with bangs. Initially, the wig did not match the texture I expected, but I kept it and wore it. When I later washed it in cool water and rolled it in a cocoon to preserve the curls, it lost all its curl pattern. After drying, it resembled a wet, long-haired dog left in the rain. Despite the need to wash wigs due to chemicals, this one cannot be washed. I understand that these are fast fashion items, but I will not purchase from this brand again, as they do not offer the curl pattern (3c-4c) I prefer. Waste of money.

The hair is beautiful. Very good quality, no fly away hairs, very minimal shedding. I will be ordering again from this website!

I made the mistake that I ordered a brown wig instead I wanted a blonde balayage wig and alipearl made it possible to change. After the change the wig was there within 5days.
And let me tell you I’m ordering since 4years, never received a bad wig.

AliPearl’s customer service went above and beyond in my opinion. They helped me with my cap size and kept me informed the entire time. They were polite/friendly/helpful. That in itself was worth the 5 stars, but truthfully my wig is beautiful. Best hairline and part (this always ruins wigs in my opinion when the knots are so obvious and your part has the grid and knots showing even after bleaching etc. The knots are invisible and the hair is soft and a gorgeous shade of chocolate brown. I’m fully in love and for me I love a good strap…the strap is secure and awesome, even comes with silicone grips on it plus the regular hooking straps along the base and combs. This unit is everything and I believe it’s the best wig I’ve ever owned. Hands down get it if you’re thinking about it. I might even purchase the same one with different lengths when I want to really feel myself.

My wedding is Saturday and I ordered my wig on Sunday . It says the shipping is 2-5 business days( false) . They took my money and confirmed my order . The next day I reached out because I wanted to ensure my wig arrived before Saturday .They responded the following day exclaiming that “unfortunately my wig wasn’t in stock and I should opt out for a closure wig” I paid over $400 for a 13 x 4 closure with 250% density . I said that that’s not what I ordered and if it wasn’t in stock why did you all allow me to purchase it? Usually, on more professional sites if the item is out of stock it isn’t available for purchase . This confirmed that they just wanted my money . I am still txting and reaching out asking for a refund and they’re ignoring me . Again my wedding is Saturday!!! If they couldn’t fulfill my order in the allotted time with the shipping details that they adversities (2-5 business days ) then they should’ve refunded me my money with a smile on their face !! I am a federal worker and I work hard for my money . So since they’re causing a mishap with my wedding I’m suing them . I hate unprofessional business as I am a business owner myself !!! Do not order from them at all !!!
