All-Canada Notary Reviews 

Needed a notary for gifting a used vehicle. My mom and I live a few hours apart, so an online notary saved me a lot of driving, since I need her signature as well. I was able to book same day, and got the document notarized in less than 10 min! Pretty cheap (especially compared to the gas money it would have cost me), notary was nice and professional.

Our meeting started on time and we were able to cover everything that needed to be signed very efficiently! The price was reasonable and the entire interaction was pleasant and friendly.

Horrible experience.
I booked a notary appointment today at lunch, for later this afternoon. I got confirmation emails for the appointment and for the payment. When we showed up at the appointment time, the notary no longer lives at that address, they moved over a month ago. Then I had to follow up to cancel my payment for my non-appointment. Why does the website still allow you to book appointments to that address? The customer service representative told me they were aware the notary had moved. Very frustrating experience.

The Notary was late due to her not being informed of the scheduled appointment, so it wasn’t necessarily her fault. I booked the appt at 6:10pm and the appt was for 7pm. So I was able to have the document I needed notarized within 1 hour of booking the appt. Overall though, really easy and quick experience. I paid the $40 (around 40, can’t remember exact pricing) for 1 document to be notarized. She was really pleasant and made the experience much smoother overall. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been using the services of All-Canada Notary for several years now. The person I have in front of me at my online appointment is always punctual, extremely courteous and patiently provides me with all the help I need. I needed this service again today and like the other years I am completely satisfied. I know that it is to them again that I will turn next year with complete confidence.

Service was great - fast, secure, and easy. I got an appointment right away and SUMEETA CHAUDHARI was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was so much better (and cheaper!) than leaving the house to find a notary public.

Sumeeta was so helpful, informative, and considerate. This is my third time using their services and I will use them again without question.

Throughout the session, the notary seemed to face ongoing technical difficulties. She struggled to turn on her camera and was unable to properly use her website, which took up most of the session. I had to log in multiple times due to these issues.

In addition to this, she failed to deliver the recorded notary service. When I asked about the recording after the session, she blamed me for not mentioning it at the start, which I find unbelievable.

I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent similar issues from affecting future clients.

Nice work and fast

It is the second time that I used their service. I chose them because they are fast, convenient and with unbeatable price. Yesterday, Ms Khorshid Nasseri, was in charged of my case and there was some format problems and she went high and low to help me fix that which was beyond her job. Just want to take this opportunity to thank her again for that extra help she was willing to offer to her clients. Even though the meeting took longer than usual, she made sure everything was correct and clear before ending the meeting, this is how detail oriented they are. I would absolutely recommend Korshid and All Cananda Notary to anyone looking for notarisation service.

All-notary service is an absolute nightmare. Initially, I booked an appointment to have a document notarized, but the appointment was rescheduled TWICE. Since July 8th, I have been attempting to receive a refund but the back office team are not able to understand how to complete it. My credit card has been charged double the amount, and I am not receiving a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
