I had a great experience! The woman I had my meeting with was very friendly & helped make the whole process very easy.

No one showed up for my appointment.
Support line and chat are both dead ends.

Hope to get a response and refund or I would be reporting the charge as fraud.

UPDATE: Got a call back to have my appointment rescheduled. Still not a great experience, but it will do.

I needed to get my passport notarized for documents to be submitted to MCC, and my friend introduced me to an All-Canada Notary. I initially made an appointment for March 6th, but to my dismay, I only found out at the appointment time that I had made the appointment without preparing any documents that needed to be notarized. My notary (Khorshid) kindly explained how to fill out the documents, and thankfully, the All Canada Notary company rescheduled my appointment for the next day at no additional cost. I was nervous about getting it notarized via video because I am not good at English, but she kindly explained it to me and edited the document again to add the necessary phrases. Thanks to them, I was able to get my ID notarized. I am very grateful to Khorshid and the All-Canada Notary. I am glad to have found a company I can confidently recommend to my friends who need their documents notarized.
