The colossal king crabs was excellent Pack well delivered on time will buy more

Placed an order last week for shrimp, lobster and crabcakes. My family couldn’t be happier. Order came when promised packed in dry ice. Each and every item was more delicious than the next. Clear instructions were packaged in order which made the process of heating everything even easier.
Chef Adam was available to help me with any questions I had. Wasn’t my first time ordering and definitely won’t be my last. My family is already asking when we can place another order!!!!!

Ordered Seafood on June 12, 2024 the tracking software they emailed me was in Chinese. The Frozen food was sent from China? 38 days later the tracking software claims my food was delivered to my house. I have 12 cameras and reviewed all the footage, there was no delivery. I disputed transaction and now All Fresh is challenging my claim by insisting frozen food was delivered. I asked them who was the carrier and do they have a picture or signature, they could not answer. This company is a huge scam, they claim to deliver in 3-5 days. 38 days later and I am sure the package smelled like low tide on a 100 degree day. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company like the plague.

The food is overpriced and the portions are small and tasteless! Don’t waste your money!!!

Still waiting on an order that appears to be coming from China...advertisement, that hooked me, offers 72 hour delivery (which would only be available from a US shipping point). I ordered 7 days ago and the seafood is supposedly still in transit from China. So much for the Fathers Day treat that I planned with Alaskan Crab Legs and Stone Crab claws (all supposedly American products). I'll give them a couple of more days and then I will cancel the order if I don't have the products. I'll change my review if I receive the product before Sunday and the quality of the food is good. Update: the food never came and my credit card company has credited me back my money. It is a shame that they hijacked the website of a legitimate business to perpetrate this scam.

Waiting on my order, But after finally being able to track it, I see it's coming from some where is Asia more than likely China and not the All fresh guys in their "All Fresh Story" So what gives??

I placed two orders. The first one with the crab legs and crab claws came on time and were still frozen. The second order, which was my main order for a birthday dinner came a day late, and when I opened it, I could smell the seafood, and it was a warm smell. The lobster tails were thawed out along with the crab meat. My heart sunk, because seafood is not cheap. I threw everything away, because is was barely cold and the ice pack was half thawed out as well. This is such a disappointment for me. I don't think I will ever order seafood this way again

NOW 0 STAR. For all seafoods lovers out there..., Not impressive at all with their freshness. Shrimp dumplings are tasteless. Chef used million of black peppers is not a real Chef ! No wonder it is cheap compared to Maine and Alaska.

The lump crab was frozen and flavorless and freezer burnt and expensive and wasted 2/3s of it. I haven’t tried the pieces yet but I wouldn’t reccommmend the lump crab at all. And idk how to get a refund if I even can. And I buy a lot of crab but first tim here I use Maine lobster now

I've placed a couple of orders now and everything has been delivered in perfect condition. I've tried the King Crab legs, a whole frozen lobster, lobster rolls, lobster meat and lobster stew. All delicious!

I gave this company a chance because they corrected the issues. I was even told by chef Adam the next time I order to mention his name and they would take. re of me, but when I ordered yesterday they claimed the site was down and could not place the order. Found out they removed me from the customer list and refuse to to sell to me. Save your money and go elsewhere

I took a chance and ordered from this company. I unpacked the box 2 hours after it arrived (all packed in ice). When I went to put everything away, the cocktail shrimp had an absolutely horrible odor, and had white slime both on the shrimp and in the bottom of the container. They very reluctantly issued a refund for the shrimp (they wanted pictures, but the smell was so horrible, I immediately took it outside to the garbage bin). I reluctantly ate the crab cakes the following evening, because they seemed ok. 15 hours later, I became violently ill with vomitting and the worst cramping I've ever felt in my life. They haven't responded to my email. $170 thrown in the garbage. Never ever again!! All fresh? Ummm...all food poisoning.

I've ordered twice now from allfresh seafood. The seafood is generally pretty good, though incredibly expensive. The first time we ordered scallops and the lobster roll kits and both were really good. Still haven't eaten the monkfish that we ordered that time as we froze it. This last time I ordered the scallops again and, once again, they were very good though extremely expensive. We also ordered the dumplings as they sent us promos on them so many times that I thought I had to try them. So far, out of the three, which are shrimp lobster and crab, we've had the shrimp and the crab. This shrimp, which I thought would probably be the weak link of the trio, is actually pretty good. The crab is very disappointing and very processed tasting. Its a lot of workto cook theze and diffi ult to get them just right. This probably will be the last time that I order as every time I've spent between $145 to $175 and never thought that I got a lot for my money.

Loved the lobster. No issues. The hangar steak was less than stellar. Small, round and useless to me. The dogs did not complain when I cooked it up for them. No response from owner. Deleted my review on their website.

Here is my email to All Fresh regarding my delivery :

My son and I were really looking forward to this meal! We celebrated Christmas early because I am spending the actual holiday with my daughter and grandchildren in another state.
Everything was perfect: tree trimmed, Scented candles, a couple of bottles of great wine, the best Christmas songs of the last 50 years, and a beautiful table set for two. What could go wrong? My order from All Fresh Seafood, that's what.
The box arrived intact, so that was a good sign, at least until I opened it. The crab legs had partially thawed on the joint ends so they were dripping quite badly and the meat was soft to the touch. The container of Lobster Stew had leaked out into the plastic wrapping because the bottom of the container was cracked/crushed open. Therefore, the soup was contaminated and inedible. The Oysters were even worse! Several arrived unsealed~ already opened and dead. One of the oysters had a LIVE CRAB crawling around inside it! The remaining oysters were not appetizing in the least, and frankly we were afraid to eat them. I wound up running to Publix to buy $68 worth of lobster tails, 2 Grouper filets ($32), and a carton of their lobster bisque ($12.99). After dealing with the traffic, crowds, long checkout times, and then rushing to try to salvage our dinner, our mother/son celebration was ruined. I was so upset I was literally in tears.
I can't say I would ever recommend your company to anyone! I would go so far as to say your product is overhyped and falsely advertised.

I wish you a happy holiday, and hopefully you will do better for the other customers that trust you with their holiday meals.

sorry the soup made a mess and the dry ice killed the oysters - we are going to be making a change come the new year. The expectation of having fresh and frozen products arrive in the same box is causing clients to become upset. Dry ice is 190 below zero - it is hurting the shellfish that likes it to be warmer. It is also cracking the plastic soup containers and making them brittle so if the box drops, they break easily - all recipes for disaster as your box has experienced. It is not easy to get highly perishable goods from point A to point B. Luckily we get 98% of it there successfully but we are really sorry your box had an issue.

I have given you back credit on the oysters and soup to try and make amends -

My feelings about the company's response is, "Wow, this is really unacceptable." Their email clearly states they've had these problems before, yet they had no intention of addressing the issue until after the Christmas holidays ~ a decision that cost me a much anticipated meal. All Fresh knew they were having quality control issues and ignored them for expediency and left their customers in a bind. That is the characteristics of a company that has neither integrity nor an appreciation for their customers. To make matters worse, a $33 adjustment to my total cost in no way compensated for the waste of food from All Fresh or the cost of purchasing a new dinner at the last minute. I took it as an insult and a statement that this company doesn't care about what happened with my order, nor do they care about retaining my business in the future.

I ordered 2 pounds of large stone crab claws, shrimp and 4 frozen crab cakes. I took the Box straight from the deliver's hand and put it in the refrigerator but was a little skeptical because it already smelled fishy. the next day when I went to eat the product only 3 of the 10 stone crab claws were edible The rest were just mush when you cracked it and they had a very fishy odor because I was entertaining I threw the smelly mushy ones away I did eat 3 even though the meat was not as firm as what I'd had in restaurants before. the next day after my party I emailed the company and they asked for pictures of the product I'd already thrown it in the trash because of the smell. Just want people to know if they want something done about a product that was not satisfactory don't throw it away and take a picture. Also the crab cakes and shrimp were excellent, so I don't know what the problem was with the stone crab, almost like it was over cooked or left in water too long.

This was my first time trying All Fresh Seafood. I placed my order (I ordered the "Dumpling Trifecta", the Gumbo, and the Seafood Salad. The trifecta had an ample supply of the requested seafood. The Gumbo was great too. When it comes to the Seafood Salad, as someone who has could live on SS for the rest of his life, this is THE ABSOLUTE BEST Seafood Salad that I have ever tasted. My only regret is that it doesn't come in a bigger container. I do have one question regarding the Seafood Salad - how long can I keep it in the freezer? Thanks, and to all, I wish you good health.

Not one who leaves reviews but made an exception this time. We have ordered from most of the large and smaller meat and seafood specialty online stores. Allfeshseafood.com is above and beyond in customer service. I chatted with someone about a discrepancy between an offer I received in an email that was not the same as what the web site showed. I was told it was being forwarded to a supervisor to review. Later that evening, Saturday evening, I received an email from one of the owners. I replied after placing an order and got a reply the next day stating he was taking care of the order. I received a phone call Wednesday evening from another one of the owners stating there was an issue with one of the items and left me his personal cell phone number to follow up. Package arrived Friday morning well insulted and all items accounted for. We have tried 3 of the 4 items we purchased and all were great. From our experience, you cannot go wrong ordering from them. The owners are hands on and committed to the business.
