Pido en pampa direc hace muchos años y siempre fue muy buen servicio !

Gran experiencia como cliente, desde el momento de ordenar hasta que los productos llegaron a mi casa.
Pampa no solo tiene gran variedad de productos de Sudamérica pero también tiene excelentes precios.

Mi experiencia fue excelente. Los productos me llegaron impecables, con fechas de vencimiento largas y encima me mandaron algunas cositas de regalo (y tampoco es que hice una compra grande) y a pesar de estar a 18000km de distancia todo me llegó 3 días antes de lo previsto por el delivery.

Hace ya más de 3 años que vivimos en Canadá y compramos a través de Pampa Direct! Siempre es excelente el servicio! Llega super rápido, siempre te mandan algún regalito cuando tu compra es de más de cierto monto. Nos encanta el servicio y todas las opciones de producto que hacen que 🇺🇾 se sienta más cerca 💙

hice un pedido que depuesto queria cancelar, pero no contestan ni un solo mensaje, he mandado cientos de mails, mésales y hasta por Facebook y instagram, pero no contestan para cancelar el pedido

This company is a scam. I ordered from them and paid the full amount. Then within a few days received an email stating that the seller increased their price and that they needed more money to complete the order. I then cancelled the order. They said I would get a complete refund. I never received any refund even after multiple attempts through email to obtain the refund. Stay away from this company. They will just take your money.

Hice una compra por más de $230 y no me enviaron el regalo de promoción por compras de $150 dolares o más, al contactarme con ellos dijeron que ellos no tenían stock , cuando les aclaré que unos de los motivos de un pedido más grande fue contemplado el regalo, nunca les importó ni se disculparon por lo sucedido, al contrario

Nos mudamos a Canadá y mi mamá desde Argentina nos regaló dos cajas con varias cosas, el pedido llegó rapidísimo, el servicio fue excelente y nos agregaron varios alfajores, caramelos, fizz, billikens, etc de regalo y encima gracias a la promo también agregaron caja de conitos de ddl y caja de bon o bon de regalo. Ninguna queja y mucho agradecimiento.
Volveremos a pedir nuevamente dentro de poco!

I placed an order that never arrived. More than two months have already passed and they say that my package was lost. I then asked for a refund, and up to today the only response I received was that they would try to solve the problem. However, I told them again that I want my money back, and I still don’t have a solution.

Poor customer service. Did not fulfill order, and literally stole money from us. Stay away from these scammers.

Pesima atencion. Hice el pedido hace mas de 10 dias y todavia no se si lo enviaron o cuando lo vayan a enviar

Do not buy from them, they sent stuff with mold and short expiration dates.
If you reach out, they won’t respond about it. Terrible customer service

Short expiry date (less than a month!) for a whole package of Havanas and they claim it's alright.. While the rest of the products hold 3-4 months expiry date. Very disappointing!

Pésima experiencia. Se realizó una compra en la q luego de semanas dijeron q debían cancelarla porque no podían entregar los productos. Desde ese momento noviembre 2025 que se está intentando realizar el reembolso, para el cual ponen mil excusas. Pésima atención. Pésimo servicio. No compren nada.

They never answer after order was placed. Poor quality company

I ordered from Pampa Direct a tea kettle and it's for children's play. Not sturdy or good quality. No refund to credit cards, only refund is to buy from their place or issue replacement.

Placed the order and after some time they asked me that they had not sent it and if I wanted a refund. Said no; please dispatch urgently the order as what I bought was for my co workers for xmas.
Since then sent at least 5 emails as they have not responded. They have a phone number in the web page and the number is a WhatsApp and no response. To be honest they should the company should be banded in the USA,
