The product I wanted wasn't available on their site so I reached out and within 2 days they posted it. I received the item rather quickly and reasonably priced.

Wrong exhaust. Protork exhaust for crf250f. Only sent muffler charged me 530$ for a fn muffler. Was supposed to be whole exhaust system. No header arrived and muffler was orange not black textured like post said. DO NOT ORDER from NO MATTER what. Took 21 days to get and impossible to get ahold of them. Waiste of money and time !!!!!! Never again !!!!

Dvd was a cheap recoreded item I waisted 70m$it said used ,to me used is the original copy that has been used but this was a recorded dvd series with crapy quality and the chat person( Melen) kept giving me a hard time trying to get info on how to get arefun she said they didn't give refunds and finally gave the company address crappy web does always say specific on item and and I payed 69 for whT ended up being a recoreded dvd series never again will I purchase here.

I ordered a Latin DVD series for $107.00 I paid the full amount. Within about 2 days, I received an email saying that the seller increased the price and that it would cost $12 more. I cancelled the order and received an email that they would issue a refund in 30 days. I never received the refund even after email attempts at getting the refund. Obviously, the company is a scam.

I placed an order for a musical instrument thirty days ago, and another order a week later. Big mistake! The company first collects payment at the point if sale in both cases. Within 48 hours of each "sale," Latinafy emails me that the instrument is no longer available, and they will send a refund within 30 days. That is the last I heard from the company. Attempts to communicate with Latinafy have been nonresponsive. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Y el pago fue muy fácil . El único punto de mejora es con la empresa transportadora DHL , que se demoró casi un mes adicional a la primera fecha estimada de entrega, adicional nunca mostró actualizaciones del estado del envío durante ese mes.

Excellent shipping time and good packing. For me in USA is great to get products unavailable in this country.

I had seen several negative reviews about this company, but I still decided to give it a chance.

I ordered a party decoration. The order was confirmed and later canceled because I was told the item was too heavy to ship.

I don’t understand why this product is listed on the website if it cannot be shipped.

I was told I would receive a refund within 30 days. That time has now passed, and I still haven’t received anything.

Just received an item I otherwise would have had to travel to San Paulo from LA to retrieve. 3 weeks wait and it’s at my front door. Remarkable, thk u guys.

This company is a racquet. They are selling the Santa Fe pain brushes set that was always around $30 at Amazon and elsewhere for $189.59. Absolutely insane! See below taken from their website. Customers run!!

Terrible service paid for a item and saw it 4 months later every time I called they always had an excuse like package delayed or item destroyed etc etc

Deceptive Advertising and Fraudulent Seller
I paid €48 (300 Reais) to receive a DVD that is not original; it is a burned/mastered copy without the original cover art.

This is deceptive advertising. I expected to receive the original DVD with the original cover.

The seller is a fraudster (or scammer), and I will never buy anything from your platform again. The seller probably only spent about 30 Reais (€5) on this DVD.

I placed my order on November 14th because the website clearly stated that the items would be delivered by November 18th. That delivery date was the only reason I went ahead with the purchase.

The products never arrived, and I never received any tracking information. When I contacted customer support, I was given a generic response saying that “products typically take between one day and one week to arrive at our warehouses; in some cases, it may take a little longer, as products are purchased and then shipped to your address. We do not currently have these products in stock. For shipments already in transit to your address, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen carrier.”
This answer felt like a copy-and-paste script, and it makes me believe the advertised delivery date was never realistic.

Because of the lack of transparency, no tracking number, and conflicting information, I am honestly starting to worry that this might be a scam or at least a very unreliable service. I simply want clear communication and accurate information about my order.

At this point, I cannot recommend this store.

I want to return an item and their policy is you have to contact them within 7 business days. So I did that via their contact form. Heard nothing after a couple of days. So tried the live chat which was useless. The first response had nothing to do with the request. So tried again and got directed to email. When I told the agent that I had already done that, she told me they action in order of receipt. How can you abide by their returns policy if they don’t respond in time. Almost 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on a response.

Update: 14/12/2025 still no response from the seller despite multiple follow ups

Es una especie de secta , que te pide validar tu direcion mostrando un recibo domiciliado , parece que estás haciendo un trámite oficial en lugar de una compra online lo peor de este mundo 4 días pidiéndome papeles y comprobantes y aún mi pedido no sale de sus almacenes , AHORA despues de mucho esperar me cancelan en pedido y ya va para un mes y NO ME devuelven el dinero Martina de atención al cliente lo peor solo sabe darme largas , tomaré acciones legales

They changed the price of a product after I placed an order citing that they were a consignment store. It shouldn't have happened and If they made a mistake in listing the product with the wrong price, they should have honored It.

I spoke with the customer service several times but they are not willing to offer not even a discount for their mistake.

At the very least they offered me a refund. I do not recommend, very bad customer service and not even willing to negotiate.
