I had never used this company prior to speaking to them about my potential eligibility for Attendance Allowance. They took me through a series of questions, in order to assess my eligibility (sadly I don't remember the lady's name) but she took me through the questions asked by the application form. At conclusion she was confident that I would be eligible and I submitted my claim, only to have it declined.
I was shocked, however when I advised this company, they were genuinely more shocked than me and more angry than me. My case was passed to Luke who appeared to take it as an affront, and assured me that the rejection was wrong and that he would take the case up with the D.W.P, on my behalf.
My claim has now been accepted and my thanks must go to Luke, the delightful Chloe and all the team at Allowance Assist.
Without an hesitation I would recommend that anyone seeking to claim this benefit use the services of Allowance Assist.

From beginning to end they were so helpful, I would especially like to thank Chloe she is always so bright and cheerful nothing is too much trouble for her and of course the rest of the team. After being rejected when I first applied, they did a great job in getting me accepted. 5 star service.

I was not sure if I would be eligable for assistance allowance and did not know how to apply and did not really feel up to filling out forms at the time of my application. My wife contacted Allowance Assist for advice and Chloe was extremely helpful and listened to my situation with genuine empathy and the advice she gave us was very reassuring. As a result of that conversation we decided to ask them to act on my behalf to make a claim, we made arrangements to complete the form and Luke assisted me with what information to provide on the form and what supportive medical information to supply. I know I could have done this myself but it was well worth the cost of proffesional advice, he filled in the form with the details I provided and sent it to me to check, sign and submit to DWP. My claim was successful and completed within about six weeks of application whereas personal claims are averaging up to twelve weeks if correct information received. I thank all the staff at Allowance assist for their genuine concern and support throughout this process and recommend their services to anyone who like me did not have the confidence to act alone at a vulnerable period.

I hope a manager reads this as I cannot praise your staff highly enough but especially Chole, she is an absolute star and a huge credit to your company, polite, very friendly and so very helpful.

I can't praise Luke, Chloe and the team highly enough. From my first enquiry they were approachable, friendly, cheerful and polite. I had found the form ambiguous and daunting, and was so grateful for the help. Luke went through it patiently and in detail and knew exactly the crucial issues to emphasise. The completed form arrived within 24 hours for me to sign and add bank details. This was followed up by phone calls, and calls to the DWP when confirmation of receipt was delayed. As a result I have been awarded the allowance at the higher rate, within 2 weeks of its receipt. I had initially feared Allowance Assist might prove to good to be true, but it isn't - the service they provide is everything they claim and more. Money well spent! Maggie P.

What an amazing company, all the team were so helpful and even though I had my doubts that I would be awarded an allowance, only 5 weeks later I received my first payment. I know that I wouldn't have succeeded if I hadn't had these wonderful people in my corner. I would certainly recommend anyone to use Allowance Assist as you definitely have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

What an amazing service this is. All staff were so very friendly and helpful, making the completion of the forms a lot easier. I was a little apprehensive at first but after thinking it over the weekend I phoned Allowance Assist I can’t thank Luke & Chloe and the team enough. I have just been awarded the higher rate in less than 6 weeks from initial call. What a genuinely wonderful, friendly, and helpful company they are, I would not hesitate to use them again.

I can’t put into words how helpful Luke and Chloe were. They completed the Attendance Allowance in a way that I couldn’t compile it. I signed the form and posted it off. I doubted if I would get the allowance, as I’d tried before to no avail. Chloe spoke with the DWP, and I was allowed the amount.
