Wonderful experience . Very friendly caring helper ( Bridie ) listened to our needs and searched for all the homes near by to fit . Also kept updating and asked how I was doing . Will definitely recommend as it takes the stress out of ringing around

We heard about Lottie through a friend so decided to contact them as we were in need of advice and recommendations for home care services for our elderly parents. From our first point of contact we were very impressed with the customer service; our enquiry was responded to very quickly with a return call from Bridie who was lovely to talk to, extremely knowledgable and helpful. After running through various questions with us regarding our care needs and situation, Bridie was as good as her word and within 24 hours we had an email giving us the names and contacts of local care agencies which fited our criteria and which could possibly help us. A family member then recommended a care company which she had used and we decided to go with them, but regardless of this we are very grateful for the help which Lottie provided and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend their Services to anyone floundering in choosing carers and care companies.

Great free service that lists different care services for you to work through , very easy to navigate the service, Thank you we have found a lovely family ran care company to look after my elderly Aunt .

Lovely supportive team. Spoke to Klara who got back to my email super quickly and helped me with my needs, as well as went above and beyond to offer things I wasn’t aware of or had thought of!

I needed to arrange Respite care for my elderly father-in-law and Bridie from Lottie called me back very quickly after I left a message with them. She took her time to explain the process to me as well as finding out about our particular requirements. The whole experience was very positive.

I was advised to speak to Lottie as my mother has Alzheimer’s and I needed some advice on the future. Eva was extremely kind and understanding of my situation. She made everything very clear and put my mind at rest over some issues. She followed up the call with a couple of messages to check I was ok as I’d got upset during the call.
Eva sent me through some literature to help me understand what is available, as well as signposting me to organisations to support me and my family.

It was good to see a selection of care homes in the area so quickly. I was impressed that one care home called me very promptly. Another emailed the following day and a third left a voice message a few days later, but by then we'd already decided to go with the first care home.

It was useful to get a shortlist of potentially suitable care homes so quickly, along with a range of useful information. I'd definitely use the service again. Four options were provided in my results and two of the companies contacted me soon after, but there's no hard sell.

Spoke to Eva who was very helpful and patient with me in explaining the options available to my parents. It’s always a concern going into the unknown in making sure my parents get the right help and to hold my hand through the process.

Clear advice from someone who clearly understood the system and could give good and relevant advice.

Klara listened to me more than anyone during my dad’s journey since his fall. She was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help. We found dads home thanks to Klara and we can’t thank her enough.

I cannot explain in words how amazing Lottie has been. I got an initial consultation very quickly, they sent me a long list of recommendations and within 7 days I already have support in place for my mum. The weight this has removed from my shoulders is huge. I have been avoiding facing some of the topics and Klara was considerate and supportive throughout. I would highly recommend Lottie.
