Lottie were like a support blanket
I reached out to Lottie after my mum had a stroke. Bridie was lovely. We chatted through options and ideas and I cried on her a few times. It helped me massively to have someone getting contacts and sending links to forms etc. and never with any pressure - just a huge support blanket. I am working through the options as mums needs change and know they are there if I need them.

A wonderful resource!
Lottie were a great help during a bit of an emergency to find a solution for my grandads care. I spoke to Bridie who was fantastic and so understanding of my situation, she sent me a super thorough email with lots of advice and links to more resources. She also spoke to my mum, giving her just the reassurance she needed. Couldn’t recommend Seniorcare by Lottie enough, thank you for your support.

I thought of giving a five star rating but paused because we have had only one contact - from Caremark Haywards Heath (assessment meeting booked for this afternoon). This lack of response may not at all be any reflection on Lottie's work, but of course I don't know how many home care providers you contacted.

Excellent, informative service. Lottie really helped us find the perfect care home for elderly family member with Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia. He has been there over 4 months now and has settled in well. I can highly recommend Lottie if you need to find the right place for your loved one in this situation.

Looking for a carer for my mum
I contacted Lottie in July for help to find a carer for my mum after she became very poorly quite quickly and I needed put get something in place. So I explained the situation and told them what I was looking for, (few hours care in the morning and evening, 7 hours to start with with potentially more later on but needed at set times), I was then sent through a list of care providers that fit my requests and was able to contact them direct.
This was easy to do and received replies quickly.
Lottie answered my questions and they were able to advise me on other things that were available and sign posted me. Very good and helpful staff and made me feel reassured at an upsetting time.

Cant remember much about it
Cant remember much about it. Too busy dealing with crises due to allocated "care" organisation not fulfilling contract.
I think I had to give up on the ideas I had about a move to care facility elsewhere in country. Too complex. Too costly.

Help to find mty father care home place…
Help to find mty father care home place was going well ( Eva has always been helpful and understanding) until we found a vacancy at the home in West Kirby on the Wirral . My Father was in a terrible care home and we were anxious to move him quickly . Bev (the Manager ? ) was going to asses him for suitability but I assume after speaking to the home he was in didn’t do so . This is fine if they felt they couldn’t meet his needs but it would have been nice to have had some feedback as to why not . I had spent some time talking to her on the phone so I considered it would have been polite to let me know why they had rejected him .

What a great company
What a great company. Looking for a good place for family is hard. One of services is the hard bits; is the financial side and knowing how much? As well as providing contact details, it tells us what the homes offer and what the places are like before we arrive. We all thought it was a brilliant help. The reviews are great and it couldn't come at a better time. It’s making what is a hard choice that bit easier for us as a family.
