Great support in my search for suitable care services
I called Lottie to ask for help trying to find some good quality care providers in my area. Within a week, Lottie responded with a detailed email providing information about a number of services that could be suitable. The response also provided some helpful information and tips for living with complex conditions, which gave me some excellent insight and ideas.
Lottie followed up on a regular basis to see how my search was going, and following Lottie’s recommendations, I sourced two new providers to assist with my needs.
I was generally very pleased with the service I received from Lottie, from the search for suitable care services, to the dedication shown in making sure there was a positive outcome. And on top of that, the service provided by Lottie was free.

SOS and someone came .
Found this company on Google and was getting no help from our Social Workers . This company did listen to my concerns and doing the work that my Social Worked should have done .Hoping for a plus outcome .

I can't imagine how we would be coping without our contact with Lottie
Lottie is being a life line for our family in helping us to find a home for one of our dear members. If you've never had to do this before, as we haven't, believe you me it is SO IMPORTANT that you make the right choice for someone who no longer has the ability to choose for themselves. Finding A New Care Home
In June 2026, the family needed to find a new care home for dad. His current care home was failing him in so many ways. I was under a great deal of stress in my own life and Eva from Lottie did a vast amount of the leg-work which made my life so much easier. Based on our requirements, she sought out suitable care homes in our area and even made introductions for me. We have now placed dad in a new care home. The new place is vastly superior in every way to his previous care home and the family is very pleased with their level of care and attention to the residents.
