Cant remember much about it. Too busy dealing with crises due to allocated "care" organisation not fulfilling contract.

I think I had to give up on the ideas I had about a move to care facility elsewhere in country. Too complex. Too costly.

At one of the most difficult and stressful times on my life, the experts at Lottie made life much easier. Having them by my side was like having a trusted friend help me navigate the care home system. I don't think I'd have managed without them. Thank you!

Help to find mty father care home place was going well ( Eva has always been helpful and understanding) until we found a vacancy at the home in West Kirby on the Wirral . My Father was in a terrible care home and we were anxious to move him quickly . Bev (the Manager ? ) was going to asses him for suitability but I assume after speaking to the home he was in didn’t do so . This is fine if they felt they couldn’t meet his needs but it would have been nice to have had some feedback as to why not . I had spent some time talking to her on the phone so I considered it would have been polite to let me know why they had rejected him .

What a great company. Looking for a good place for family is hard. One of services is the hard bits; is the financial side and knowing how much? As well as providing contact details, it tells us what the homes offer and what the places are like before we arrive. We all thought it was a brilliant help. The reviews are great and it couldn't come at a better time. It’s making what is a hard choice that bit easier for us as a family.

Klara was amazing- she gave me great advice and resources and made me feel like I could share everything with her confidently

I called SeniorCare by Lottie for some advice really, for options for my elderly dad. The care team were really so helpful, and talked through with sensitivity, some places to start. It honestly just helped to start the conversation, but Lottie is going to send some links and information through for me to have a look at and start the discussion with my dad and the rest of the family about how best to support my dad ongoing.
I would definitely recommend using Seniorcare by Lottie - they’re really kind and helpful, and knowledgeable about the types of services and help that’s out there for your family.

Klara was brilliant and very focused on our particular area of concern (fee increase clauses after a bad experience at our mother’s current care home)

I spoke to Klara at Lotie. She came across as a genuinely caring person. She allowed me to talk and listened with interest. I felt respected in spite of my situation. Clara took time to explain my options and even offered to follow up everything in writing by email, which she did promptly. Apart from the detailed email, Clara has also provided me with her mobile contact number so I can reach out to her if I need any further support.

We spoke with Bridie regarding my sister moving to a care home.
She covered everything required to begin this process and also what she would do to help, for example, contacting the Council to have her needs reassessed and looking into which care homes would be suitable for her.
Bridie is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, most understanding of my sister’s situation and needs and, most importantly, we were totally comfortable speaking with her.

I called Lottie to ask for help trying to find some good quality care providers in my area. Within a week, Lottie responded with a detailed email providing information about a number of services that could be suitable. The response also provided some helpful information and tips for living with complex conditions, which gave me some excellent insight and ideas.

Lottie followed up on a regular basis to see how my search was going, and following Lottie’s recommendations, I sourced two new providers to assist with my needs.
