Since October, delays, lack of updates, and contradictory information have plagued our shipment. Promised departure dates have not been honored. Local agents don’t even know about the shipment. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable.

Booking done in September, shipment supposed to depart in February. Repeatedly misled about agents, payments, and cargo location. Communication is inconsistent, staff gives excuses, and documents are never provided. No confidence in delivery.

Our shipment was booked in September. Weeks later, we learned the initial agent couldn’t accept household goods. Multiple promises of departure dates were made in November and January, none were kept. Tracking links and proof of shipment are still unavailable.

Poor Communication and Mismanagement
From October onwards, we faced constant delays and conflicting information. The cargo has yet to be delivered to Algeria, and even the local agent has no idea about the shipment. Requests for payment were made without any supporting documents. Extremely frustrating experience.

I regret to share my experience with this company we contracted for a move from the US to Algeria.
Our shipment, booked last September, has faced continuous delays and a complete lack of transparency.

In October, we were informed weeks after booking that the initially contracted agent could not handle household goods.

In November, we were told the shipment would be handled by another agent, but despite following all instructions, the cargo was still not accepted in Algeria, and we received no updates for weeks.

The company repeatedly promised departures and estimated dates, but these were never confirmed, and we have no proof or tracking information.

Communication has been extremely poor, with contradictory information, unresponsive staff, and requests for payment without any supporting documents.

Even their local partner in the USA had no knowledge of our shipment, highlighting a lack of control over the operation, despite ALL SERVICE MOVING saying that they delivered the cargo to them.
