Excellent service!! Very friendly staff. Got feedback the whole time on my orders. I have spent more than R30000 at Alpaco the past few months and even though I was a bit sceptical at first, I will only buy from them in the future.

I honestly do not know how anyone could give this company a 5 star review. I placed 9 orders with them, starting with the first order on 16 April 2024, I have received a partial delivery on the first order and 1 item on the second order placed on 02 May 202, nothing on the subsequent orders. It has been more than FIVE months since the first order was placed. We received vouchers from Coca Cola given to our business as rewards. These vouchers get paid to Alpaco Catering, they are not giving equipment away for free. I honestly hope that Coca Cola has not paid for these orders that have not been fulfilled. I have phoned this company numerous times, being told that items are not in stock and they have to procure (website shows items in stock). 5 months to procure goods?? They have moved, this has caused a delay, so many excuses. If they do not want to service customers who are part of a rewards system, why did they accept orders from Coca Cola's customers, they are not doing these customers a favour, they are being paid. These vouchers could be paid to another company who understands the meaning of service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 32 years of being in business.

Mika, the salesman that attended to me, was incredibly fast to communicate and assist with every query I made. The products were sold as mentioned and my team and I couldn't be happier.

I liked that the packaging was perfect and I have received everything in good order. The one thing that I really did not like is the lack of client communication. I placed the order on the 5th of March and only received it on the 23rd. With no communication or reply from the online "contact us" form. I did call after a while and the lady was friendly.

Had to wait for months to get my order without being informed on the process, I'm the one who had to reach out, on top of that when my final order arrived it was still short (I haven't received everything I've order) I'm even tired of following up, I just gave up.
