Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They cancelled my order and gave a the reason (my ip address did not match my billing address) when I explained that this is an Apple privacy setting to prevent unwanted tracking and that I’ve ordered from them in the past with the same login information as well and also that I had to use shops two factor authentication they said “well you can just purchase the item again and use PayPal this time”… they honestly could’ve just reached out to me using my email they had on file from my previous purchase to verify before just cancelling my order… seems like they’ve outgrown their customers…

Spare part

I have Shiftpack V2 and I just lost chest strap one side. I contacted Alpaka to buy a new one but they are happy to send a new one for free.

Retoure auf eigene Kosten nach Australien

Qualität ist leider nicht so gut wie dargestellt. Lieferung dauert ca 10 Tage und möchte man die Artikel zurück schicken muss man ihn auf eigene Kosten nach AUSTRALIEN senden!!! Wie bitte?

Terrible Product, Worse Customer Service

Terrible product, terrible customer service - do not buy! Their products are poorly designed and then they expect you to pay more in return shipping than you paid for the product before they agree to make anything right. Buyer Beware!

RETURNS ARE A JOKE

RETURNS ARE A JOKE,
BUY ONLY IF YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WANT THE PRODUCT IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE US AND AUSTRALIA.

Email I got from support:
"Unfortunately, we don't have a warehouse in Europe. Our products can only be returned to our warehouse in the US (for US customers only) and Australia (International Returns)."

While checking out the cart It should be stated clear that returns are as expensive as products, of course it was hidden and only if you actually want to return you will learn this.

I love the products and would love to buy more but I was shocked to know that return is basically just an arrow in the knee, gotta look for another shop.

Be Careful About Shipping Costs and Taxes

I was planning to order one item from their website to Ireland and the total cost of shipping and estimated taxes were almost the same amount of the item. This is really not making sense while they are advertising to EU but cannot send items with a logical cost.

ELEMENTS BACKPACK PRO

ELEMENTS BACKPACK PRO - Black X-Pac VX42

I was looking for a backpack that I could use for both office work and short trips. As a software engineer, I usually carry a lot of tech with me—laptop, keyboard, mouse, cables, headphones, etc.—and this backpack fits everything perfectly. The layout of the pockets in the front compartment is amazing, and the two side water bottle/umbrella pockets are such a nice touch.

The fact that the magnetic sternum strap can be easily removed is a great feature.

The only downside for me personally is that I would have preferred the luggage passthrough to be horizontal so the backpack would stay upright when attached to a carry-on suitcase.

Other than that, 5/5. I've been using it for a month now and there are no signs of wear and tear. I highly, highly, highly recommend it!

P.S. Just ordered the GO SLING MINI V2!

I wish I could give ZERO stars

I wish I could give this a zero star. The customer service is AWFUL! I purchased something from their outlet sale l, and it never arrived. I was contacted by support, they called me the wrong name, and asked if I received the product. First of all, how do you not have the tracking information to see if it was delivered, second I had not received it. Long story short they offered me a refund, which I did not want, I wanted the product that I paid for. They were unable to ship me another one, after I requested that I did not want a refund. They ended up refunding me the amount, which I did not want. Also I can no longer look at reviews, or make a review on their site or app. They make it so the people that have had a bad experience are silent and can’t let anyone else know. It’s a ridiculous company and it’s terrible customer service.

Alpaka Bonne expérience

Commander pour essayer leurs produits, et franchement je suis bien impressionner que ce soit par la qualité ou même par le service. C'est sûr qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à une livraison ultra rapide etc.. Mais est largement nécessaire.

I am very happy to recommend ALPAKA.
I ordered a Alpaka Metro backpack and inadvertanly made an error in my email adress.
ALPAKA were understanding with excellent communication and the Metro arrive 10 days after payment.
I found the Metro is a very good backpack and up to expectation and certainly recommend it for day trips.

First time and last time
Do not buy if from the U.K, delivery time was alarmingly slow, as everything is shipped from Hong Kong, in my case I needed to return the item. It is on the customer to pay tracked shipping to Australia to return it,
in order to initiate a return they need to "review" and then send follow up to approve your return.... this alone took 4 days...... the product is fine, if not a little over priced, the shipping and returns policy is insanity and unethical, would;d not consider buying any products in the future from now on

Great products, great service

Absolutely no worries with this company at all. My product was VERY premium, very well built and great value for money. I needed to contact customer support due to me putting the wrong email address in, they were very quick to respond and very helpful. I’d also highly recommend paying the few extra pounds for shipping insurance. I purchased my item on a Thursday, and it was in my hands the following Thursday. Already had compliments on my bag. Zero complaints.

Excellent product but ripped off

Excellent product but when i checked out I paid tax and shipping and believed the product to be shipped from within the EU. When it arrived I incurred an additional €41.86 in fees making the bag way more expensive than I expected and more expensive than another product form within the EU. Happy with the product by feel ripped off the by the company, money lost so I will never return and suggest other learn from my issues.

Purchased a couple of items with this…

Purchased a couple of items with this company. A strap arrived broken so I thought no big deal, I will contact support. Support sucked, the folks had to get it "approved" as it was not their department. Once I got the approval they said they will provide tracking, 4 days later still nothing. I will never buy any thing else from them again... If a company is good I don't write a review but if they are bad, I feel like a have to let folks know. Thanks a lot Alpaka for making me waste time on you.
