Really really pleased with our recent order, customer service was excellent keeping us well informed with when it would be delivered and the delays with the shipping and things. The actual delivery was very good too and I’m very pleased with how it looks, have had lots of compliments on it already

What a pleasure Alpha decking is to deal with, from initial phone call, incredibly helpful knowledgable staff, no Sales pressure, just assistance to obtain what was best for me, everything Transparent and Honest, updates on delivery day and approx time, delivery driver Adorable and so helpful 😊 my garden is now my pride and joy and on a limited budget.
Googled several options before finding Alpha and once I found them everything else was a Breeze.

Great service from start to finish.

Slight downside in that you may need to wait a day or two for a delivery date but not the end of the world if your organised.
Staff very helpful, Delivery guy very courteous. I had a shortfall in my order (my fault not theirs) they were happy to sort out the issue and deliver the goods. Would absolutely use this company again.

I’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge Thank You to Dan and the team at Alpha Decking. From my First inquiry into the decking boards and decking accessories, the speed in sending out the examples of the decking products, to our telephone conversations, checking my decking project plans ensuring I ordered the correct number of products to complete new decking area, and the speed of delivering the decking boards and accessories.

I was kept informed of the delivery process from start to finish. The delivery was made at exactly the time I was given, I am a veteran of the British army, sadly I was injured and medically discharged because of my injuries, which included some mobility problems, both Dan and his teammate were very courtesy, and insured the decking boards were unloaded and carefully stacked, making life much easier for me for when I commence work on constructing the new decking area, which was very much appreciated. The questions I had were answered in detail and more information and advice on securing the boards and the trims was also given, demonstrating both Dan and his teammate had a great in depth knowledge of the Alpha decking products.

I am extremely impressed with the teak decking boards, trims, fascia boards and accessories which are excellent in look, feel and quality, this combined with the overall cost, the professional customer service from Dan and the team at Alpha Decking, means I would strongly recommend the Alpha Decking company to anyone who is about to replace or construct a new decking area. I recommend this company to both the DIY person and to the professional decking and landscaping companies.

The pictures I have attached show the existing old worn decking area, I built some years ago, and will be replaced with the new Alpha decking boards and the new design will include a new lower decking area. As soon as I have constructed the new decking area, I will upload some more photo’s

The delivery was on time and the driver was extremely polite and helpful, especially as my wife is disabled. There were no missing items. The process on installing the fencing was easy and the lengths of planks etc, were easy enough to cut to size. The concrete post inserts are ideal and fitted my existing posts. My original fencing has bee up for 23yrs as you can imagine the posts have moved and were not all upright. The planks were easy to trim, to an angle on the base board ( a little bit of routeing a new groove so they still slotted together ), this then enabled the rest of the boards to be installed level. An excellent product, I would highly recommend. It took me approx 30 to 40 mins to install a 6ft panel, bespoke to the posts etc.

5 Star service from first phone call to delivery, and quality of the product. Refreshing to be able communicate with someone helpful ( Dan ) who knows exactly his product and what is required.

Unfortunately I had an issue with my fence panels in that all of them came up on the smaller side of manufacturing tolerances, meaning the overall height of my new fence just wasn't acceptable...to me!
The product itself looked fantastic, so I was gutted when I had to call and complain about it, but this is where Alpha/Dan excelled yet again with their/his attitude to customer service offering multiple wasy to try and rectify the problem and when they failed offered to collect and refund me without hesitation.
FANTASTIC customer service from start to end and an easy comany to recommend...

I found the service provided by Alpha Decking from the initial enquiry to the final delivery to be first class. I replaced an existing wooden waney lap fence with the excellent Anthracite composite panelling and accessories. The composite decking was easy to order, delivered as agreed and has fully met our expectations. Friendly and obliging team at Alpha decking, will be ordering again.

It boards were payed at the end of summer, so have now been through winter and they have cleaned up well. They feel strong and robust, they layer easily and look great. Genuinely no complaints at all.
The delivery chap was brilliant, he help carry and stack int the garage.
Only issue, but more to do with “the time” than the product or company, but they took a while to arrive. But it was worth the wait!

Found these guys on google and it’s hard with all online to see what’s actually good and good quality, I had a great experience from buying online with there online basket that adds what you need for each job, customer service is excellent as I got calls from delivery dates to the delivery it’s self, I needed more boards and call and they sent some out asap to finished the job and the quality is amazing, 100% recommended there products and service, amazing.

Absolutely the best company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with from helping me to decide what to order, getting advice on quantity needed as well as installation information. Communication was amazing with Dan always at the end of the line to give updates on time and delivery schedule.
The decking boards are beautiful and I can't wait for them to be installed on my small balcony. I will be sending a picture to the company to add to their gallery once complete.
With a 15 year guaranty you really can't go wrong ordering your decking from this company.
