Brendan and the Alpharoot team are excellent. Brendan is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and efficient. He takes the time to understand our business and utilizes his expertise and wide network to secure the best program at a very reasonable cost. New coverage is suggested but never forced and he always has our best interest in mind. Alpharoot has streamlined the renewal process, making it a lot less cumbersome and painful. I love how they are always ahead of schedule come renewal time, so we do not have to rush to make a last-minute decision. Questions are always answered timely and completely. We truly appreciate our partnership and highly recommend them.
