Alpha warranty is the best purchase I have made in a long time. I have had three nails in my tires in less than 2 years and they happily processed three approvals for full tire replacements. I would absolutely purchase another warranty and I would HIGHLY recommend Alpha to my friends and family. The real deal!

My claims experience was excellent, even though it was extensive and a lot of back and forth as far as getting failures/ evidence in and having to be patient with the process under my frustrations this has been a learning experience for me and I have learned a lot during this process. Quick answer on decision to cover the work

I have always been hesitate to buy these extended warranties, but took a chance when purchasing vehicle 3 months ago. Asked Dealership what was "NOT" covered as is usually the case. Answer... all leaks and etc which is notorious for BMWs. So 3K$ later and 3 months took car to BMW dealer for coolant leak. ....Oh, thats not covered because it is a metal hose, not a rubber hose for the coolant is cracked and leaking. Passenger Restraint Malfunction is not cover either. I knew i shouldn't have spent the money on this policy.. Beside the dealership that i bought vehicle from, their service department had only success with a few claims from this company. Service Dept recommend other companies.

Alpha Warranty Services was very helpful when I called to check if my vehicle issue would be covered. They clearly explained the information needed for repair approval. I contacted my mechanic, who then coordinated with Alpha, and my vehicle issue is now covered. Alpha provided payment to the mechanic, and the repairs are underway. Thanks to Alpha, I'll be back on the road soon.

My mechanic was able to handle everything. It was a very low stress claim.

It took awhile for Alpha to find the reimbursement for the needed part and another day to pay for it but the experience was a good one.
