Reliable Support

There were delays earlier due to the insurance company! but once the case reached ALPS, they handled everything professionally. The case has been assessed efficiently, and they are clearly working towards a resolution.

On the whole the experience was good .

On the whole the experience was good. Early on some miscommunication.. as you dont always talk to the same person. Later I tended to be in contact with Kara mostly and that meant commiunication was fairly consistent
As a company ALPS have dealt with my claim to theirs and my satisfaction.
The damage to my car was extremely good. I had a replacement car. The lady and company dealing with this was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.

Sorina is Amazing!

Just passed my automatic driving test with only 2 minor faults after having some lessons with Sorina! She was incredible and made me feel so calm and confident while preparing for my test, I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
