Ho acquistato un paio di Torin 8 dopo aver consumato un paio di Torin 7. Il nuovo modello non corrisponde affatto alle aspettative. Non lo trovo adatto per la corsa. La gomma non ha ammortizzazione, è pesante, il passo affonda senza alcuna reattività. La corsa diventa pesante, faticosa e lenta, per niente divertente. Non era così per il modello precedente. Mi ritengo estremamente insoddisfatta di questo acquisto.
La ditta per tutta risposta ha detto che avrebbe tenuto in conto il feedback senza calcolare minimamente il rimborso dell'articolo non corrispondente a descrizione e ancora in garanzia.

I bought a pair of Altra running trainers thinking they will be more comfortable, but they feel very tight. I have to return them from UK to Italy at my expense. All in all, poor service for UK.

I'm also surprised to see so many bad reviews. I was really worried as I only saw them after placing my order (not very smart I know). However I'm pleased to say that my order took exactly one week to arrive to me in the UK and was exactly what I'd ordered. So based on that, I would order again, though with a bit of caution given the experience of others on here.

J'ai renvoyé mes chaussures neuves non seulement ils ne me remboursent pas mais en plus ils gardent les chaussures. J'ai proposé de repayer les frais de port ils refusent il faut venir les chercher en Italie ... C'est scandaleux. Après de multiples relance rien est fait

Leider treffen die schlechten Bewertungen für den Kundenservice voll zu. Mir ging es genauso: habe am Ende für Schuhe bezahlt, die ich nicht habe.

Went through puddles. Horrible squeak started. They suggested scrubbing the soles to remove dirt and moisture.

So, Olympus 6 is a trail shoe that should avoid dirt and moisture. Clever. I'll hover. Galactically stupid sole design.

Da anni cliente ma mai più . Dal 2014 uso scarpe Altra e la qualità è stata ribaltata. Il modello top di gamma Mont Blanc Carbon e BOA un incubo. Suola usurata dopo neanche 40km , scollata , tomaia iper delicata. Rimbalzata dal servizio clienti al rivenditore per sentirmi dire che la garanzia non copre queste cose . Vergogna servizio clienti pessimo, sperate di non averne bisogno e di avere prodotti difettosi .

Mi sono state regalate un paio di scarpe altre alte in goretex comprate in centro Italia, Io abito al nord. Dopo tre uscite la suola sotto si è scollata . Ho chiamato il servizio clienti e non ne vogliono sapere di cambiarmi le scarpe

J'ai acheté une paire de Timp 5 sur les conseils d'un ami. Attiré par le drop zéro et la conception pour les pieds larges.
Malheureusement, la durée de vie de ces baskets est juste inadmissible. Elles sont quasi en fin de vie après moins de 90 Kms en 10 mois. Semelle rincée, des zones qui se décollent, des usures anormales du chausson, bref, une marque à éviter. Bien que garanties 2 ans, le support a été lamentable. Aucun retour de leur part..

The design of the Olympus hike shoes or great and they are actually waterproof (unlike some which claim to be and are not). BUT the quality is terrible. I had the Olympus 5 and they fell apart after a couple of months. I tried the latest version (Olympus 6 hike) hoping they would be better but they are much worse. The quality is appalling. Holes in the inner heal after 3 weeks of use and cannot see them lasting for much over 6 weeks. Save your money and buy something better put together.

Terrible customer experience in the EU. Online form was not working to send shoes back, had to print my own. Then, they don't cover shipping, which was 20 EUR for the cheapest option for me, without any tracking. It's been 5 weeks since I sent the shoes back and no news. Called customer support and they can't do anything about it. 230 EUR just gone like that. I'll surely never buy from them again

I've been using Altra for many years now for running, hiking etc. They have been my go to and I've recommended them countless times to many other people. However, I recently purchased a pair of their Olympus 5 trainers and literally within weeks they were splitting and falling apart in very strange areas - places that don't really see much movement and so shouldn't be. So, after years of being a dedicated supporter I emailed them to let them know what had happened. I heard nothing. I chased the matter up again a couple of weeks later and still, nobody has had the courtesy to come back to me. I'm afraid I won't be using or recommending this company again and feel very let down. Perhaps if they actually cared about their products and loyal customers they could become a regular name on the high street. As it goes, this won't be the case when you have sub-par equipment and no customer service.

As usual when dealing with a totally unknown company, I conduct my own due diligence process.

Well, this company spectacularly failed.

I emailed them using their contact us form but after a week, no reply, nada.

A custom spent his precious time trying to get more information about their product but this effort is rewarded by the company’s total arrogance.

I guess they have enough customers lining their coffers so I won’t be buying from them. Shame.

I bought a pair of Altra trail running shoes and after just six weeks of normal use, the ankle cuff fabric split wide open. I expected an instant refund given the minimal time I had the shoes.

When I contacted customer service, they told me this was “normal wear and tear” – apparently, Altra shoes aren’t expected to last more than a month and a half!

They offered a 40% discount to buy another pair, which is frankly insulting. I didn’t want to spend more money with a brand that doesn’t stand behind its products.

This experience has completely eroded my trust in Altra. AVOID THIS BRAND if you value shoes that actually last and a company that stands behind what it sells!
