Delivery on time excellent service will buy again.

Ok the 4 panels we received, all 4 last wood strip was narrower at one end which made the straight line squint.
Also the overlap gaps are wider than the rest of the gaps which is quite noticeable.

Second time buying a sofa from here and once again, delivery was spot on. This one was for my parents’ home – the corner sofa named Tribeca is absolutely lovely! It looks great and is even more comfortable than a similar style I saw at one of those big-name sofa chains in a retail park – and that one was twice the price!

Well informed from purchase to delivery. I've had my acoustic sound board fitted and I'm very very impressed with quality of the Aluxo product. I would highly recommend Aluxo to anyone and I will definitely use this company again without a doubt.

After moving into our new home, we were eager to find a mattress that combined comfort, support and convenience.
The Aluxo Oasis 2000 pocket memory pillow mattress arrived quickly and was easy to manoeuvre into our bedroom, thanks to its compact packaging (with wheels!). Within 48 hours, it was fully expanded and has been really comfortable ever since. We've noticed significant improvements in our sleep quality.

An excellent experience, not having purchased acoustic panels before I was wary of the quality I might receive.
I rate these far better than Wickes are selling at a higher price.
Delivery and communication was very very good.
I highly recommend using this company, I will again in the future.

After moving into our new apartment, we were keen to furnish without overspending.
I purchased a mattress in a box as it was practical for us to bring up to the second floor. Sleeping on it has been a delight. Given the quality and affordability, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

I got it delivered super quick and Claire at the customer service was very helpful and quick to response even at night.

Delivery was fast & efficient and with updates. Price was amazing with excellent quality compared with others twice the price and these were excellent. Easy to fix will definitely order again.

Really comfortable. Just what I wanted for my health reason.

I placed an order for two acoustic wall panels in light oak but when I received the confirmation note it said only one had been ordered. I tried to email (with the email suggested on the website) but it bounced back undelivered numerous times. I then emailed via their customer service form online and this bounced back too. There was no telephone number to call. I happened to see a Facebook reel from the company and decided to message on this and received a reply that day, so thankfully my order was easily rectified and I was given a code to avoid the delivery charge again. Delivery was quick and efficient. When the items were unpacked it was obvious there was a fault with one of the panels colouring/print and it looked really odd when placed next to the other panel and the defect stood out like a sore thumb. The defect was on the first five slats on the one panel and it looked like a strange wood effect/watermark. I messaged the company back through Facebook messenger and they told me that because I had opened it, it could not be returned and the fault was part of the normal design. I provided numerous photos in different lights to evidence the defect and informed them I could not use this panel as the defect was so obvious on my feature wall. They have refused to replace it or offer a solution despite there being an obvious defect. So I have now spent over £100 for two panels which can’t be used. I would of been better off going to B&Q and paying more. The reason I gave two stars was for the poor customer service and communication I received post delivery.

I didn’t end up ordering from this company in the end. Only because they were unreachable and there is no phone number. However i give 4 stars 🌟 for the samples and the colour as these were really good. I ended up purchasing somewhere else who had better communication

These guys are hands down one of the best companies I have ever used. I had been let down by another supplier and they advised they would do everything they could to get my couch to me asap. They literally had it delivered to me with three days of ordering . Not only was the couch beautiful but the level of service was outstanding. You now have a customer for life . Thanks again

Beautiful sofa very pleased with our purchase can't fault the quality on the sofa.

Delivery team was like tweedledum - in the end I had to take over and help - lovely kids and they were kids and it's lovely to see kids working! but maybe a more experienced member of the team with them would have been more beneficial to help guide them.

Panels where the wrong colour,website pictures show wood being laminated on 3 sides but not when delivered,no phone number to ring and complain,they did however refund in full due to the order being wrong

Great service and excellent communication, fast delivery, I bought dining table and it was so beautiful and great quality a specialty for the sale price, I hope you sell all types of furniture, I would love to buy more furniture in the coming days, I couldn’t believe I can buy a beautiful dining table with my budget
