Thanks so much for your patience — and we’re really glad everything was sorted in the end! Apologies again for the initial mix-up with delivery.
Delighted to hear you’re impressed with the quality — each panel weighs around 11kg thanks to the premium 22mm thickness that gives it that solid, high-end feel.
So glad you love our products! Feel free to tag @aluxoliving if you share any photos — we love seeing them in your space :)

Great quality, price and service. Can’t fault Aluxo - would recommend with so many competitors.
Really impressed with the quality of the cladding. Heavy duty, well packed and efficient delivery. Considering this was one of the cheapest companies, I was really pleased with the product. Good offers available too. My daughters room looks great!

After reviewing your order:
Order placed: Friday, 4 July at 10 pm
Prepared by our warehouse: Monday, 7 July
Courier booked: Tuesday, 8 July (collection within 3 days)
Courier confirmed arrival: 16 July afternoon for delivery 16–17 July evening
Delivered: 17 July evening due to traffic jam in motorway (Trustpilot feedback left before arrival)
As noted in the product description and at checkout, deliveries to Scotland can take up to 15 working days. Your order arrived on the 9th working day, within the expected timeframe.
For large furniture and wall panels, we use a dedicated third-party courier who delivers to each Scottish area once a week. This careful handling helps ensure your order arrives safely, though it means express services aren’t always possible as with smaller parcels.
