Ordered the white marble dining table with 6 chairs. My kitchen looks amazing. Just a beautiful statement. Only negative thing is took 3 weeks for my delivery.

Some teething problems, but all resolved
Updated.. We purchased what i think were some semi-expensive chairs from Aluxo. They arrived, one leg missing the chrome covering, fabric faulty on two of the chairs. Emailed numerous times to get a replacement leg and agreed a part-refund. After some back and forth customer service did focus on our issues and we now have the issues resolved and a full suit of chairs looking good against our new dining table.

What you need to know before ordering
Products are good especially for the price but customer service is pretty much non-existent. I was charged an extortionate amount for delivery, I didn't receive the correct order with the correct number of products. Communication from the company was poor via web chat and email which were occasionally answered after several days, if at all. There is no phone number to call to get a quicker response. I sent my order back as the panels didn't look right in the space we were thinking. It's been collected but still waiting for a refund after a month.

I am so sorry to hear of your experience with us, we never want a customer to feel let down and when things go wrong we pride ourselves on getting them put right.
You reported a missing box on your first delivery which out courier lost and we organised a replacement to be sent out on a next day delivery for you with our sincere apologies. You explained that you had tried to chat to us over the weekend sadly our Customer Service team only operate Monday to Friday so we missed you, but that you had planned to do the work that weekend and had instead changed your mind and wanted to return the products to us, which we again arranged with an apology.
The refund has been arranged for all of the product and the £24 delivery charge excluding the one box that you cut up, we hope that if you need anything else you will reach out.

We are so sorry to hear your samples haven't arrived these were dispatched on the 8th December 3 days after you ordered due to the weekend with Royal Mail.
We've checked and noticed you haven't emailed to let us know of any issues and wish you had as we would have shipped replacements straight out to you.
The samples you ordered were completely free, but we will raise a refund of the £1.99 you paid for postage now for you.

Excellent sofa. Same as the pictures. Also very soft and stitching is amazing. Easy to assemble. However did not receive any warranty documents.

Great Dining Chairs
I ordered 8 dining chairs, and 2 arrived with incorrect bases, meaning they cannot be assembled. I chased the Customer Service team and this was resolved in a few weeks, as they sent the correct bases. The chairs are great quality and it seems that the Customer Service team has now been changed, so potential issues will be resolved quicker, which is a positive!

Absolutely love these acoustic panels…
Absolutely love these acoustic panels from Aluxo.
Delivery was super fast and the quality-to-price ratio is honestly amazing. I chose the Walnut Dark Oak finish and they look fantastic in real life , very premium and stylish.
They’re cheaper than B&Q . The panels instantly elevated the space and were exactly what I was looking for.
Highly recommend if you’re after beautiful acoustic panels at a great price.

Terrible still waiting a refund
Terrible do not order from this site.
I’m still waiting a refund of over £500 a month after collection.
All emails have been ignored and there is no phone number to allow you to speak to anyone.
Also reached out on social media and nothing!
Seem like a scam company.
Theres was also difficulty will initial delivery, total shambles.

Absolutely beautiful dining chairs
Absolutely beautiful dining chairs!..delivered on schedule and with care. Incredibly easy to assemble. It can be difficult ordering online as the quality isn’t always as good as it appears but these chairs are fantastic quality, comfortable to sit on and look great in my kitchen

Currently on day 11 after ordering a sofa from Aluxo. Was supposed to arrive on 3/11/25 - informed it had been lost by courier - not quite sure how you lose a sofa 🤷🏻♀️
Informed a replacement has been raised. No tracking number provided, even when asked for multiple times. Customer service is minimal to say the least. Basic replies to questions, which are not very swift. No phone number to actually speak with anyone. I have reached out via multiple contact platforms.
Still have no idea as to when my sofa will be arriving, if at all!
Not happy and do not recommend unfortunately.
