Great quality furniture and an even better price! Few problems with delivery but customer service was great. Pays to shop around as the furniture I bought was 20% cheaper than some other well know stores. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Aluxo!

Great quality.
Acoustic panels are great quality for the price. I had a problem with the delivery firm damaging the panels and Aluxo were very quick in sending me replacements. I will definitely come back for more when we do our bedroom.

Shocking Customer service
Shocking Customer service. Received 6 chairs 2 weeks ago, screws missing for one chair, been emailing constantly but still not received. No phone number to speak to anyone. Not impressed. I emailed and asked for someone to call but still nothing, no response to email about missing screws.

Nice product
Good product, easy to cut and fit. Customer service very good, quick replies to sort out a problem with wood colour. Delivery service used isn't great, I waited in one day and it arrived the next. The tracking wasn't very good. However arrived eventually and left where I asked.

Delivery was swift, but all the packaging was very badly damaged with large holes and tears in cardboard. i was amazed there was no real protection to the sofa, considering it was nearly 1400. marked and damaged foot stall.
I did reach out to you and had no reply, the currier even took picture himself and said it quite normal to see boxes like these., i only wish i could put pictures on here for all to see.

The courier marked your delivery as no issues, and this is the first we are hearing of the damage, we would always, and I mean always want our customers to reach out, then we can arrange something, it could be a refund so you could get the footstool cleaned, it could have been a swap of the footstool, as you said you spent nearly £1400 and we want it to be perfect for you.
