Hice un pedido con ellos. Veo que no puedo introducir toda la dirección de envío completa ya que su propio sistema no te deja hacerlo. Es una calle de Barcelona, así que me parece raro. Posteriormente me envían los productos con Omniva, la empresa de transporte...pues un desastre. Nadie me avisa de nada, ni me contactan y un día veo que los productos se han devuelto a Riga porque ponen que no me han encontrado UNA vez en casa, lo cual también es imposible porque he estado en todo momento ese día. Ahora Amayama me dice que el pedido pone que ha sido entregado y no me devuelven el dinero. NUNCA MÁS.

Very reliable company. Their services are beyond expectations. They will even go to the extent of sourcing the parts ordered which are not in their stocks, from the the original manufacturer. Very prompt in processing the order. They are the best. I fully recommend.

This company is 100% legit. You will find new hard to get parts at the fraction of the price of thieving wreckers. Even after ordering and paying I have $65 refunds because they realised they could post cheaper. Not many companies around like this these days. Allow time for them to source parts and get to you and you won't be disappointed. I have no problem recommending this business after multiple purchases.

I get what I paid. Order made 2th september and warehouse send parcel out 8th october.

So 2 week delivery time is not happening. If you not hurry, can use this shop.

The site/company is very good with parts. Between Japan and UAE, has almost everything you look for... Prices are good too and shipping coat excellent...But it takes a bit of time for them to get the parts. It is frustrating when you have all parts but one, which delays the process... But they have a solution for that too. The product arrives perfectly protected and correct.

Aside from the very good pricing, there were no difficulties in ordering from their site, and they promptly communicate to you the status of the package during processing.

From ordering to delivery took just 7 days from Japan to the UK.
The part in the UK is £125, from Amayama it came to £24 DELIVERED from Japan.

Products as described, nicely packed and delivered in 10 days from Japan. Really pleased. Better value than ordering in other places.

​My order (#12491728) was returned to Amayama's Riga warehouse because their team made a mistake when filling out the customs documentation for the Canary Islands. I immediately contacted them through the private support chat (assigned to Manager Etienne) providing the correct details to rectify their error.
​Instead of fixing their oversight, customer support completely stopped responding as soon as a minor issue arose. Leaving a customer with total radio silence for nearly a week just to avoid solving a problem they caused is completely unacceptable.

UPDATE:
Amayama responded after the holiday period in Japan and completely resolved the issue with Order #12491728. They cancelled the original order, refunded it, and re-processed a new order directly from their Japan warehouse.
​The new order arrived safely in the Canary Islands with the correct 0% VAT documentation. To compensate for the initial delay and confusion, Manager Etienne offered a 10% discount on the new order. Although shipping costs from Japan were slightly higher and it took additional time, I appreciate that they took responsibility, corrected their billing error, and delivered the parts successfully.

Quality OEM product for a classic car at a great price delivered really quickly to the UK - what more could you want.

It took exactly 11 days from Japan to Zambia, the price was a quarter of what the Zambian dealership quoted me, and best of all, it was an OEM part, not a substitute equivalent.
