I have bought a few parts from Amayama and the delivery is quick and the price is very good. The product is always genuine. The package always comes very well packaged. There website is excellent for finding parts.

Top-tier company, excellent service, extensive inventory of spare parts, good prices and shipping rates. Fast delivery service.

Untill now i have 3 orders, everything was ok, last shipment to Romania was a bit long.

This is my first order from this company, and it is a disaster. I ordered 4 items. Expected date of arrival at my house: 1 month.

Status of week 6, so far:
- One of the suppliers needed 4 weeks to respond, if they had a certain item available. 4 weeks!!!! Like: how difficult is it to check for availability? Why does it take 4 weeks??
- When I received the notification that that one item could not be send to me, I had to ask the staff to order it from another supplier. Why do I have to ask these things? Where's customer service?
- Asked staff if it was possible to send the items, that did arrive at the warehouse, to me (Split up the order). Shipping 4 items costs about 16,00 euro's. Shipping 3 items is about 31 euro's? I already paid for shipping those parts, only the 4th item should have some extra costs, because I ask to ship it separately (because I am done waiting!)

Really considering cancelling both orders and never placing orders again at this company.

Still did not receive all the ordered parts. They want me to pay for shipment 3 times now. Still no answer on my email that I sended as a response to the reaction below this review. That mail was sended 11-09. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered C-Clips and Oil Seals for a 1994 Mazda Miata. It took four and a half weeks to get, but that is not a complaint. It came all the way from Japan to a rural town in central Mexico. Very good pricing including shipping and best of all OEM parts. Very satisfied.

They had something in stock but as i asked for photos they said it wasn‘t in production and not available. They also changed the location of the shipment.

Bad website. They write 10 piece and when u ordered change it 1 piece.

Easy to transact. Reasonable shipping fee and prompt shipping/ delivery update.

Best website to get spare parts for new and old vehicles. The best part is that they confirm the availability of the parts before requesting for payment and they are very fast in shipping.

Amazing service, 1st time I used Amayama due to my local Toyota Dealer unable to source the part.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to place an order which was £50 cheaper than Toyota UK. Amayama 1st sources the part and once confirmed in stock then takes payment.

Communication is brilliant from start to finish. The item arrived in 10 days from Japan which was tracked all the way to the UK with regular sms on its whereabouts. The part is 100% genuine Toyota in its original packaging.

I will most definitely be using Amayama going forward. I highly recommend 👌🏻

After a real mixup, we are finally addressing the situation. After publishing review on Trustpilot. The company emailed me and asked questions…. It was determined that the item was one letter off. So the company had sent the item I ordered. I need to amend my previous review.
