Comprei meu celular pelo site da Amazon, assim como meu relógio, fone de ouvido e afins... O único problema que tive, foi a demora para chegar meu celular, ele chegou depois de 5 à 10 dias depois do previsto, mas no fim deu tudo certo, reportei o erro e os auxiliares foram super compreensivos e me ajudaram a resolver meu problema com o suporte de A a Z! Agora estou com meu celular, Amazon é uma empresa eficiente e incrível no que faz!

A Amazon é perfeita, tem de tudo que se pode imaginar e tem preços ótimos para quem cliente Prime oferecendo ainda frete grátis. Já realizei varias compras pelo site e tudo chegou certinho sem nenhum dano, super confio e recomendo bastante.

Adoro ler e infelizmente não dá para ter todos os livros físicos que amo na prateleira (não cabe mais nada! rsrs). Com as promoções da Amazon, consigo comprar ebooks á preços acessíveis sem transbordar minha casa!
E não é só isso, também já comprei celular e adorei, estava com ótimo preço e me entregaram super rápido! Quem compra pela internet, tem pressa de receber, então com isso, a Amazon mais uma vez ganhou toda a minha simpatia e se tornou uma de minhas lojas online preferida!

Probably the only company with worse customer service than comcast. Their online chat never worked. If you call you get a some random call center. If you ask for a supervisor that online call center will say "Ok. Bye!" and hang up the phone. They can't complete orders at all. They don't honor preorders at all, which means they sell things they don't have in stock at all, with no actual date of them being in stock. There was even a time when they charged me for a preorder I made before it was ready to ship, or even in stock which goes against their own company policy.

The richest company in the world is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. One agent even asked for my social security number. An actual Amazon employee, not a scam.

My first experience with #Amazon is horrible!

I have received a gift card by email from my office as my farewell gift on October 8th, 2020. After that, I opened an account on amazon.ca as I am living in Canada. Then I checked my amazon gift card on the email that I received, there I have seen a gift card redeem option on my email so I redeemed my points and it said it is added to my account. Then I ordered a few items from my account using my gift card balance. Amazon also confirmed that order by email. After a few hours, I received another email saying something suspicious happening in my account so they froze my account. The email says to activate my account i have to reply to their email with details of my gift card. So I have replied the email using the order number of my gift card and a screenshot of that email. Though I replied to the email still i was receiving the same email multiple times and I replied two times to those emails with all details, nobody returned to me with any solution! Then i called amazon customer service. They took all notes and told me they wanted to make sure this is me, they have taken my address details and phone number and told me I will hear from them within 3/4 days. I was waiting for their email or phone call, nobody contacted me and my account remained on hold. Then after waiting for 4 days I called again to their customer care and repeated the whole complaint process that took around 40/50 minutes. This time again the customer care gave me hope that they are going to solve it. The customer care agent told me the problem my account is on amazon.ca but for redeemed points and purchase they used amazon.com id as i was doing it directly from my email gift card. Then i asked how is that possible, as i never opened an account on amazon.com. His reply was the system doesn't require a new account, it just used the same information i used for amazon.ca, as my gift card was from amazon.com. Since then it's been more than 5 days I am still waiting for their reply and my account is also on hold. I cannot use my account anymore. I don't know whether i will be able to get back my gift card money which is 225US$.

Since then I have no clue what's my account status as I don't have any access to my account as amazon blocked it. Now it's been one month since nobody reached me out to solve this issue.

I have been an Amazon prime member since 2017. I love all the features of prime including PRIME VIDEO. I usually receive my orders in less than 72 hours. Keep up the good work Amazon.

Eu e meu marido sempre compramos na Amazon,e nunca tivemos problemas. Sempre chega certinho.

Péssimo, comprei um barbeador Braun que com poucos dias de uso menos de uma semana a lamina desmontou e ficou imprestável.
Feito contato o vendedor disse que iria repor a lamina mas isso nunca aconteceu, já se passaram mais de 5 meses e ninguém responde, nem o vendedor, nem a Amazon.
Nunca mais comprarei nada da Amazon, os concorrentes deles tratam o cliente com mais respeito.

112-8174535-0699432 Every amazon order handled by UPS is never delivered...They cannot be bothered. I receive parcels all the time, but amazon parcels if through UPS I need to go and collect as they do not make the slightest effort to deliver. If you continue to send me parcels through these thoroughly non-professional people I cannot buy from you anymore, It's a joke and an insult. UPS did deliver a book to my house just the other day, the drone and the thistle, it had been thrown in the door of my apartment building onto the floor of the lobby and I was very lucky to find it..........I normally am happy with amazon, but this is just amazingly bad.
