Amazon Egypt isn´t to compare with…
Amazon Egypt isn´t to compare with Amazon Germany, USA, UK etc..The word "Service" is totally unknown. Criminal sellers are normal, they were never deleted. For retourning parcels, you get never a reciept. Parcels with a value so often stolen from the drivers. Amazon is doing nothing. The agents in the chat are ever very happy, if I was scammed once again! My lousy experiences with 100 of orders since July 2023.
Amazon Egypt poor customer services…
Amazon Egypt has no customer services and use sellers that are not trustworthy.
They are unable to deal with complaints and are rude at times and sleepy( yawning) at others.
I put an order in amazon and the seller #nasr_city_on_line. Seller advertises same product as last one in stock. Several time. Forcing you to order more than once and paying for shipment every single time. I complained to amazon and they thought it was out of stock!!! Csa was rude too.
Same seller advertised 2 in stock twice. After ordering the 4 and paying the extra shipment using my credit card - £ to LE - seller cancelled 3 of the order and refund of course in 5-7 days converted from LE to £.
Called amazon and csa after yawning and trying to come round, asked me to order agian!!!
Poor #amazon customer services, traders check and lack of handling problems/ complaints.
I got scammed while buying from Amazon.eg and they did nothing about it!!!
I got scammed , When I bought mobile realme c53 and when i received the package i could not find the mobile inside it , only the mobile empty box was there , amazon customer service said , sorry we are confirming the mobile was there and there is no evidence prove the mobile was not there , so they refused to refund or send another mobile , Amazon.eg really does not care and they are not compliance with normal Amazon.com global standard, so please take care! And highly advice to not buy any electronic devices through amazon.eg

So bad delivery system. They delay you with days and weeks. Their system is so bad and not flexible at all. Wouldn’t use Amazon in Egypt again

Logistics in amazon is a disaster! they throw my package Infront the door without notifying me! items is not as described and when i told them, they didn't even ask the seller to change it!! and when i ask for a refund it took ages to return my money! a frustrating online shopping experience that i will never ever do it again.

One of the most worst, unknowledgeable and unhelpful customer services would suffer from to the contrary to Amazon.com expected level of servicing customers.
In addition to some freaky situations which they claim that its Amazon Egypt policy:
1- if the order is too big for the delivery agent, he is allowed to throw it at your building door, and let you suffer getting it up to your apartment.
2-if you have 3-4 returns, the agent might get just 1-2 assigned to him, so he may visit you 3-4 times finish your return requests.
I had contacted them and asked for someone responsible to resolve such dummy policy chages if they do even exist, fortunately i have been transferred to one of the management who solved some of my issues with returns which i didn't get my refund for some of them till today, but he really compensated my time and suffering with 3-4 previous agents, and hopefully he would resolve this permanently.
Can't Return Items
I ordered an item on Amazon Egypt and it was delivered as scheduled. However, when I discovered it was defective I tried to return it. I scheduled a return and the Amazon agent never picked it up. I then contacted customer service which scheduled another pickup and again another no-show. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Orders arrive on time. Returns are no problem. You can find probably find anything you are looking for on Amazon.com. I have dealt with them for many, many years and have ordered hundreds of products. They have made only one mistake and it was rectified promptly.
Bad coordination between customer support and shipping agent
I bought a laptop on black friday , paid with my credit card, the package arrived before its shipment date , I requested to reschedule the package to the next date , then waited for 4 days with no response , i contacted the customer service they told me the package returned to the seller , i requested a replacement package , the told me its not allowed and they will refund my money , waited another 4 days money not refunded yet , the same laptop is listed in amazon.eg with higher price but i can't buy it because i didn't get my money back

Disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with Amazon.eg. The authenticity of the sellers was not verified, and the customer service was not up to par. I purchased three products, but the seller decided not to deliver two of them after four days from my payment and confirmed delivery. I was disappointed that the seller posted the same products again with a higher price than the White Friday prices. The manager of the customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. I don’t recommend relying on Amazon.eg. I had a better experience with souq.com

Amazon eg is the worst!!! My order was not delivered!! And I paid a huge sum!! No customer service either!! No updates what so ever!!!
Terrible customer service
Amazon Egypt's customer experience is terrible, I placed an order and it was marked as "shipped" twice even tho it was never shipped and I was not even contacted for the shipping, called customer service and they said my order status is "hanged" and will probably be cancelled! never even tried to fix my issue, massive waste of my time.

Worst Customer Experience, Worst Customer Service employees and mangers. The employees are talking like machines and never tries to understand the problem or even tries to solve .
They cancelled an order for no reason and refused to refund me the money into my account to buy the products again ,, and told I will receive it at my bank account within 7 days. The price of the products changed and they refused to compensate me with the difference price, although the problem was from their side. Amazon Egypt is not recommend to buy from especially there are so many other alternative.
Worst experiences with Amazon Egypt
Ordering from Amazon Egypt is like playing the roulette: you order and pay, but never know IF you will get the product, WHAT you will get and WHEN! 90% of our orders were payed, but cancelled by Amazon Eg the day of the delivery and we waited even more than a month for refund. They spam us with emails and sms for the delivery and nothing was delivered, but money taken. 90% products are very low quality, nothing like picture, no instructions and so on. I would give minus 50 stars and even so this would not express the low quality customer service&products Amazon Eg offers. And obviously the doubtfull 5 stars reviews are given by egyptians people. 👎👎👎

Amazon treats its customers as if they were criminals, they close the account they want without giving explanations, without taking the time to listen, without analyzing anything, giving arguments or anything. They remove access to paid memberships for no reason and do not return the money. I have lost access to Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited and all the Alexa devices I have purchased (More than 8)... It is definitely a company that does NOT appreciate their customers, it seems that customers and subscribers to their services are just criminals, because that's how they treat us. AMAZON GIVES MY MONEY BACK!!!

Worst company ever they are scammers,
After making an a order it showed that they have delivered it while no one even contacted me,
So I contacted the support to tell em that didn't receive the order,
They told me it sometimes happens and wait for two more work days,
But on the same day they have closed my account,
And now I can't get the order or my money back.
If you want to not get scammed, stay away of that terrible company.
I don't even know how the people that run this business not arrested for their scamming.
Sellers invoices
I purchased electronics from Amazon Egypt, and the sellers didn’t send me invoices to activate the warranty, i tried hard and many times to contact the customer support, every agent is saying different info than the other, in the end one agent told me that we will refund you 20% if the sellers don’t send you tax invoice, but they never refunded me. And every-time i contact the customer support and explain my problem they hang up the call and never call back
