The engineer was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, dealt with the job efficiently. I asked a few questions and he never made me feel like they weren’t valid and his answers were reassuring. Everything was clean and tidy when he left. I contacted Ambient because our original Vaillant boiler installed in 2007 was not functioning properly. They recommended a Worcester replacement with a similar output but greater efficiency. Cameron and Wes showed up right on time, installed floor protection, brought in their tools and got to work straight away. They worked continuously without a break, cleverly came up with a solution for routing the condensation pipe, discussed how we'd like the boiler set, installed extra valves in case we needed a booster pump, sited the new thermostat and rewired the new time clock. They also gave the existing system a long power flush. Once the boiled fired up, they spent ages going around the house balancing its 25 radiators in addition to freeing thermostatic pins that had kept 5 or 6 of them not working for years. The next morning the house heated up as it hasn't done for perhaps a decade. We were extremely pleased! When finished they removed all unwanted parts including the old boiler and left the work area immaculately clean. I've been in the building industry for many decades and believe Wes and Cam are consummate professionals who take pride in their work and thrive on customer satisfaction.

It's so difficult to source reliable plumbers and other trades these days - and the peace of mind it gave me to have my boiler service up to date and all good to go in time for winter is money well spent 😊 Thanks again Ambient Heating - I cannot recommend you enough 🙏
