It was our first cruise it couldn’t be better

Crew and staff are friendly and excellent.
Entertainment on this cruise was fantastic!

Just a great cruise - - relaxing, informative, enjoyable!

I have been planning to go on the New England cruise and then I got a discount certificate offering up to $1500 off with free airfare good through Nov.28, 2026 so I called them immediately to take advantage of the offer only to find out from them that the offer is no longer valid. This is what you call a false advertisement as they want to get people to call but not respecting their discount offer like cattle calling.

I have not been on a cruise with them before but I am soured by their false advertisement SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - AMERICAN CRUISE LINE!!! Not only are they very expensive but to book with their travel insurance also costing $670 per person is also outrageous. BEWARE!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our cruise. The ship is modern and beautiful. The on board activities and port calls were fun and informative. The food was delicious. We will cruise again with American Cruise Lines!

It was my first cruise so I didn't know what to expect. I had a wonderful experience. The crew members were very engaging, the excursions were interesting and informative. The cost was high compared to other cruises I've seen advertised. But, I'm choosing this company again due to the smaller and more personal venue. I cannot tell you how welcoming our cruise director was. I've already mentioned the wait staff by name that helped make my dining experiences nice despite my allergy.

The Staff and amenities were great
My only critique was the shore excursions were great but the guide on the bus talked TOOOOO Much.

The fall colors on the Hudson were spectacular. Just one hitch, otherwise a near perfect cruise.

Our room was very comfortable and a great home for seven days. We enjoyed exploring the ship and sitting on the deck and watching the shore. The people were fantastic. So friendly and knowledgeable.

The food is alway great, our cruise director was excellant

The trip was one of our favorites Am Cruise always does a great job. David's lessons on Lewis and Clark were fantastic! The scenery was beautiful. Loved the rivers.

I always enjoy the excursions..seeing different areas of the country.
I commend the chefs. The food choices are excellent and whatever I order has been delicious.
I have found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and very competent.

We have been on two ACL river cruises, and we cannot say how much nicer these cruises have been then the “big ship” cruises. ACL makes sure its passengers are well-cared for, well-fed, & given many opportunities to learn about the ports they visit through on-board talks & many courtesy and affordable excursions. The crew is kind, personable, and well-trained & in many cases there are less than 100 people on board so it is a more personal cruise. Check ACL out - you won’t be disappointed!!!

This was our 4th cruise on American Cruise Lines, and they once again exceeded are wildest expectations. Everything about this cruise from beginning to end was exceptional -- from the food and drink to the ship accommodations to the excursions and nightly entertainment. But above all else was the top notch crew -- whose friendliness , professionalism, and attention to detail was second to none.

The staff was awesome, helpful, fun to be around. The ship was easy to get around and plenty to do while on board. Great experience and will recommend it to friends

The entire experience was wonderful! No long lines, smooth process to embark and debark, friendly staff and crew, great dining room and food service, and spacious state rooms!

The entire trip was outstanding due to the smiling attentive staff. From the Captain to the deck hands, they made us feel like we were all a family. The ship as well was a ten star experience. Special mention to Tyreal our dancing, smiling cheerful server that took special care of our meal needs. Then there is Brit the Restaurant Mgr who is very aware of her staff and lends a hand where needed. The guest consigiers are Cornelius and Ken, they were spotted all over. Kayla, Christian and Kristin(?), are exceptional at keeping the guests engaged and getting us booked for a future trip.
