I shopped around for the service my car needed and American Tire Stores had the lowest price. Some other tire stores quoted me a price twice as much. When I arrived I told the Manager I needed to be out of there in 45 minutes to stay on schedule. They met my deadline. All of the people I spoke to seemed to be nice friendly folks. Not sure what anyone could ask for more!

My wife and I bought a used 2012 Ford Escape and couldn't figure out why it was pulling during driving. Figured it was the alignment, so we took it here on a whim cause it was close to home. They were super helpful the first time, and the alignment adjustment was reasonable on all fronts (cost, time, etc). When it didn’t fix the pulling issue, we brought the car back for another alignment which they did for free as per the warranty. It STILL didn’t do the trick, so we brought it back AGAIN and the folks did some deep digging and discovered our suspension needed replacement. They were able to do it there that day, and now the car runs BEAUTIFULLY. Again, reasonable on cost. The team was always helpful, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the process. They follow through with their promises and we didn’t feel taken advantage of. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I’ve always had good service and fair prices there. It’s our go-to for tired, batteries and oil changes.

Timing and convenience was provided by this establishment. I will recommend it to my friends!

This is for the store in Montclair, California
I went to the store on May 20 order two tires was supposed to be in on 27 May or when I arrive there from them sending me text messages saying don’t forget to come to your appointment in. When I arrived they don’t have my tires took off a half day from work.

Also called up the corporate office to complain. They never got back to me after a week.

I would recommend if they don’t have the tires don’t buy the tires go to another place

Working with Robert was a great experience. He presented great options on the tires he had available and provided fair pricing. The service was excellent and my car was ready in a short amount of time. I will be working with Robert for my future tire purchases.
