I was the first customer in line, I had a oil change and tire rotation I waited over three hours for my car to be done. I told the manager, I was the first one in and everyone in line behind me was in and out, he said sorry. This is not good customer service, this is not the first time this has happen, I've been a loyal customer at your cathedral city location for many years, I buy all my tires there and have sent many customer to you. Sorry but it time for me to move on and find another place that has better customer service

I ordered and scheduled my appointment ahead of time and the tires were there when I arrived. The time to replace my tires was completed in the time estimated. The person who assisted us was great. The prices for the Goodyear Assurance tires were the best when I compared them to other tire stores.

Eddie recommended tires for my car that are not only fantastic but super affordable. He was helpful, professional and attentive as always. I've been a customer for 5+ years and will continue to be due to great customer service and terrific value.

Robert and the gang really went out of their way to make sure I understood what was wrong and how they were gonna fix it. No trying to sell unnecessary things. Recommendations for the future sure, letting me know things were safe if I chose not to upgrade or change anything else. They even special ordered a part for me that came super quick, I believe it was friday and it came that monday.

Before making alignment need to check tire pressure. They didn't do it.
And I found scratch on steering wheel after.
