America's Crate Reviews 

Absolute trash. Bought this for the hubs (2nd time) since they first started and this go around 2020/2021 the items are cheap $ and cheap quality. It's embarrassing watching him open the box and seeing what they put in. Customer service is also trash. IF you get a response, it's rude. They only want to take advantage now which is such a disappointment. What happened to keeping American great? What happened to great American products?

I support all american made items. However, my wife got me a 1 year subscription. 1 of the 6 boxes I have received have been worth it. Or worth the money spent on it. Many duplicate items. Or same items just different prints on them. Very disappointing. Would absolutely recommend going somewhere before choosing America's crate.

LOVE America's Crate. Excited to see what new favorite USA Made gems are in the box! Unfortunately, this time the small piece of packing paper didn't protect one of the glass items and it arrived shattered. Luckily it was in a bubble back so none of the shards escaped! I reached out and sent pics of the glass item that arrived intact and the one that didn't. Kristen was quick to respond and is sending out a replacement. LOVE this company!

My family only supports American made products. I got a 3 month subscription for my husband for Father’s Day. He loved everything he received & this I’ll definitely subscribe to America’s Crate again!!

Signed up in April. I have still not recieved anything. Each time I email customer service as there is no phone number, I get the same automated response.

Great communication and catered to me to make things right when shipping was delayed. Went above and beyond what she needed to do. I will remember this one.

Great customer service and great American made products. It was fun opening the crate each month!

Kirsten was professional and extremely kind and helpful! So thankful for her. Hopefully she will be getting compensated for her hard work.

I was so excited to get my husband something new and unique for Fathers Day and in doing so support small American Business. I received the package pretty quickly but was greatly disappointed to see what was inside. I paid for the " premier " package. Packaging was terrible. 9 items in the package. Most were cheap items you could get at the dollar tree. Nicest item was a set of whiskey glasses. Def. not worth over $100. That was my first and last order. I am cancelling my subscription.

American crates has great items included in each box and their customer service is top notch.

Horrible customer service. The April box arrived with a shattered glass and because of that other items were damaged. I emailed with pictures of the damage to the customer service email and few days later 4/20/21 to 4/22/21 I did get a response.

I have yet to receive a replacement or any other communications from this company. I have emailed 4 different time trying to give time for response with absolutely no communication. This is beyond horrible customer service. These 5 star reviews about the wonderful customer service are completely fake. For the price of these products that I did receive undamaged I could just go to Walmart and buy the same thing. I want to support an American company that promotes other American owned companies but, I am about to cancel my subscription due to the horrible customer service. Being a veteran myself, receiving a single response from a Marine vet with no other follow ups or any communication from the other emails is extremely disappointing.

I got this as a present for my husband who is hard to shop for. The surprise made it so fun and having Made in America patriotic items was right up his alley. I originally got the 3 box package as the gift but it was so enjoyable and the items were so great that we just kept renewing!

I bought this mystery box to try out and see what cool things may come. While I enjoyed the USA made items I needed to take a break from the subscription. I forgot to unsubsidized and email their support team. They were very quick and processed the refund swiftly.

We love our shipments from America’s crate! It’s a wonderful way to try great new products and have a surprise delivery to look forward to!
