Best customer service ever.
I received a new shipment with many duplicate items from previous crate and was very disappointed. I let the customer team know and they immediately responded with several options to correct the error. Best customer service and concern I've ever experienced. Awesome company. Highly recommend. Exceptional.

Problems with shipments
I have received a couple of shipments where products have leaked and damaged other products in the package or most recently, there was a leaking product and the pilsner glass was shattered. Kristen was swift at helping me out and is going to send a replacement glass. She offered to send more of the products that had leaked and the book that got leaked onto, but I told her there was no need, the book was still good and readable and I had more than enough of the product left to see what it was like. 5 star customer service!

Broken item, fast response to fix
Before going into the problem, got the subscription for hubbie for Christmas and figured we try 3 months to see if he liked it. We've renewed it already and intend to keep doing so for a while since we like the different items and love that they're all made in the USA.
The problem:
When the monthly package arrived, a glass inside was broken even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I reached out that Friday evening via email to let them know what happened. Over the weekend (!) I received an email from their customer service asking how to fix the situation, offering a new item. I am satisfied with my experience but what truly surprised me was that I got an email over the weekend ...

I have emailed this company four times since starting my subscription at Christmas time. I have never got a response. I wrote their social media, no response.
I paused my subscription a month ago, because you can’t cancel online. You Have to talk to a rep, but there is no phone number and they don’t respond to emails.
I disputed the last charge on my credit card in February because nothing ever came in the mail, and no tracking populated. I’m furious and disappointed with this company. At a time when so many people do want to support American made brands, companies like this give people a bad experience and is disheartening. Feels like a scam and 50% of the first and only box that arrived was junk.

I have been a subscriber for about a year. I had to pause my membership due to cutting costs during my home purchase process. It was so simple to pause and reactive my membership. There was no hassle or anyone from America’s crate being pushy. I was actually met with congrats and warm wishes on my big event.
As a veteran, it’s awesome to see a company helping American businesses and supplying subscribers with homegrown products.
Products are amazing! I love getting my crate and being surprised with what’s inside. It’s an exciting experience every month!!
Customer service has been phenomenal!

I bought a subscription for my husband. Nothing really excites him, but going through every item in his crate each month made him happy. He liked reading about the companies and seeing where they were located. He loved everything that came with a flag on it or was USA inspired. Thank you for being a unique gift.

I missed the autorenewal part when I checked out back in December. So I was surprised to get an email this week saying my account had been renewed. I emailed America's Crate about it and they were extremely helpful and canceled it for me immediately. I had ordered the 3 month subscription for my son. He seemed to like the items he received. I may do it again next Christmas for him.

Even though I had to cancel my subscription the customer service rep was so understanding and refunded my money right away I look forward to ordering again in the future.

Total waste of money
I paid $70.00 for 2beer glasses, 2 books and a mixed drink glass with a bullet in it. STAY AWAY! It costs to much to send back so I chaulked it up as lesson learned.If it sounds to good to be true, it is.
