The equipment arrived very quickly but unfortunately it didn't fit my computer. This wasn't a problem for these guys and a couple of days later an adapter arrived at no cost to me. When there was a problem still, advice was received that cured the problem.
The whole process was carried out with speed, efficiency and courtesy throughout.

Fast service for an international customer. The item arrived within 2-2.5 weeks, which is good and probably better considering current Covid-19 pandemic.

Fantastic service, very friendly. I have been using Amigakit for a while now, for recap kits etc. Always manage to get what I need to me even in the trying times of lockdown. Recommended. Good work guys!

Purchased a a1200 8mb ram card ...fast prompt delivery....i installed it and damaged it contacted Chris at amiga kit and explained that it was my fault and he told me to send it back and he would sort it out ....2 days after sending back he emails me saying fixed ....was shocked as wasn't expecting it to be done without charge I would recomend Chris and all the guys at amiga kit for all your amiga products credit to the amiga community

My first order from amigakit.com was without issue. I placed an order from within the British Isles and received delivery of it eight days later. I did not receive automatic confirmation of my order, although they confirmed that it was on it's way when I contacted them by email. Customer service by email was prompt.

I was sold an 'In Stock' item that wasnt in stock
They then got rude in emails when I said it was not good form to sell items as stocked, knowing they wasn't.
Anyhow the item came and worked ok, so there is that one star earned.

Google search, there are loads of complaints about service problems, especially with recapping.

I have been an Amigakit customer for several years now. Its always a pleasure doing business with them. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. I can only speak about my experience but if someone were to ask me about them I would highly recommend them.

Bought a 512kb expansion for Amiga 500 - fast delivery, item exactly as described and well packaged. Only goods things to say.

Hey just want to give a shout out to how great AmigaKit is on eBay. I’ve bought from them for over 10 years or more and never once had a problem with a shipment or having something lost in the mail. They have always been prompt and professional and very responsive by email. I recently ordered some coin battery replacements for the hideous barrel batteries on my old Amiga computers that I’m refurbishing and they actually arrived a few weeks before the estimated delivery date. I’m very grateful that there are still reputable companies like AmigaKit out there who are supporting the Amiga in 2020. Thanks again for taking care of your customers around the world who depend on you to deliver the goods!

Always able to reach them on the phone if need to clarify stock or a technical query.
A lot of their bespoke items are hand built to order. Remember this is you are a next day delivery type of user. Saying this, I once ordered an Amiga to SCART lead at 1400 which was built to order, packed, shipped and delivered at 1000 the next day :)
