This company does seem legit, customer service is excellent
Just wanted to leave this because when I was investigating this company deciding if I should order, it was unsettling that they had no trustpilot reviews yet, but they're super new. I rarely purchase from new companies and definitely prefer to see lots of peoples' experiences, but I did end up pulling the trigger on an order since they use paypal and nobody else is making a device like this. It turned out they were having production or supply chain issues and fulfillment was running behind by a few weeks. I chose to cancel in favor of a quicker solution and they responded quickly both with the cancellation and a nice follow-up customer service message, and my paypal indeed shows the full refund. This is an interesting device and I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it in the future as their launch stuff gets ironed out.
