Pessimo servizio clienti.
Prodotto ordinato on line e pagato 370 euro il giorno 1 settembre.
Mi viene fornito un numero di spedizione DHL. Al numero non corrisponde nessuna consegna al corriere. Ho scritto 5 volte al sevizio clienti senza ricevere risposta. Sono passate tre settimane e non ho notizie nè del mio ordine nè dei miei soldi. So solo che non ho i prodotti e i soldi sono stati addebitati sulla mia carta.

Excellent customer service and refund process.

Both in store and online it has always be a pleasure dealing with them. Great customer service service. Packaged beautifully and safe. High quality amazing smelling perfumes.

Very Disappointing Customer Service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Amouage.

Before placing my order, I specifically contacted Amouage to ask what the best way was to sample their fragrances. Their customer service recommended that I purchase the sample set and provided me with the link to place the order. I followed their recommendation and placed my order.

I then waited six days without receiving any meaningful update. It was only after I reached out to follow up that I was told my order had been canceled because they did not have enough inventory.

This is extremely frustrating. If Amouage knew there was not enough inventory to fulfill the order, I should have been notified promptly rather than having my order sit for six days with no communication. I should not have had to contact them myself just to find out that my order had been canceled.

I followed the company’s own recommendation, placed the order accordingly, and expected a much better experience. This is simply not the level of customer service I would expect from a luxury fragrance house such as Amouage.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering that I made the effort to contact the company beforehand and followed their recommendation exactly.

Absolutely awful customer service.
Ordered a £375 fragrance which arrived with a damaged atomiser resulting in it leaking everywhere. Customer service ignored my ticket for over 2 weeks before responding saying it not their problem. I will have to charge back via my credit provider.

I got my perfumes super fast, the company took care of customs clearance and everything (i always struggle with paperwork for customs in my country), the courrier they use - DHL - was also super helpful. Perfumes were packed perfectly. I was a bit scared after I saw all the negative replies, but for me it was perfect and will definitely order again.

I bought a bottle of beach hut man but when I received the package and sprayed the bottle it began to leak. So I wrote customer service and they implied that the moment I opened the box everything wrong with the product is my own fault?! I just lost 3000 danish kroner… they are the most cruel and inhumane customer service I ever experienced!

They do not use real natural oud oil in the 500$ perfumes or attar.
They are not explicit about it on their website, which means a lack of transparency.
Is very sad because it was launched by
His Highness Sayyid Hamad bin Hamoud al bu Said, a member of the Omani royal family;
and even though it has its roots in the royalty of a country where oud is very important, they don't use any real oud. AVOID!

Over the years, I have surely spent $30,000—or perhaps even more—on Amouage products. Yet now, the one and only time I submitted a service inquiry—simply to ask about the exact composition of a particular fragrance—I received no response whatsoever; or rather, Amouage responded with questions that were completely irrelevant to my request. Going forward, I have absolutely no desire to continue spending such exorbitant sums, and I intend to share this unexpectedly negative experience with others. Judging by the reviews here, it seems I am certainly not alone in my disappointing experiences. All style, no substance!

I am very disappointed with my experience.

My order (#119437) arrived incomplete – the item “QUENTIN BISCH SAMPLER SET” was missing. I contacted customer service multiple times but received no response whatsoever.

A missing item can happen, but completely ignoring a customer is unacceptable. I have now set a final deadline and will take further steps if this issue is not resolved.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering here

Ordered a sampler set with outlands perfume. They sent a wrong sampler set took them 7 days to reply and after several emails they still claim it was me who is wrong. Disgusting customer service level, or there is no customer service at all. As I see now at others reviews I’m not the first one. Neither they admit their mistakes nor rectify it.

Ordered the sample box , I had smelt a friends amouage perfume and really wanted to experience more of their scents. It isn’t cheap but I considered it worth it.
After 4 days after paying I hadn’t received any notifications of shipping. I emailed them twice . After about 3 days more they finally emailed to say my order had been cancelled and to “check with my bank” as some details didn’t match.
I really doubt this has anything to do with my bank. I have since purchased another fragrance and they shipped after 2 working days. I’m not asking for Amazon speed but just a normal time frame, especially for a company that markets its self as luxury and high end.
Unfortunately I will not do any more business with such a company. I have lost all trust and respect.

Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben und mich dann doch entschieden nachdem, ich die Düfte vorab testen konnte, dass sie nicht mein Fall waren.

Ich bat den Händler um Rücksendung wie laut AGB erklärt.

Leider keinerlei Antwort, außer eine automatische Mail.

Eine Rücksendung ist durch den Händler verhindert.

Ich würde jedem empfehlen nicht auf der offiziellen Webseite zu bestellen, da der Support nicht vorhanden ist.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.

I purchased **Amouage Reflection Man (100ml)** at Dubai Duty Free in August 2025 (Batch J20664-00185). The bottle remained sealed in its original box and stored properly in my bedroom in Italy. I only opened and started using it in January 2026.

After just a few uses, it became clear that the fragrance performance was extremely poor, fading within a very short time. The bottle is still about 90% full. This is not a matter of personal preference or “nose fatigue” — the product simply does not perform as expected for a fragrance in this category and price range (around €300).

I contacted Dubai Duty Free and later Amouage directly. Over several weeks:

* The actual bottle was **never physically inspected**
* Responses relied only on generic statements about batch consistency
* The issue was repeatedly treated as subjective
* No goodwill solution was offered
* Both the retailer and the brand ultimately **closed the case and refused further communication**

What is most disappointing is not only the product performance, but the **lack of customer care**. For a luxury brand positioned at this level, I expected a customer-centric approach and at least a willingness to review the specific unit or offer a goodwill resolution.

Instead, the response was strictly policy-driven, leaving a dissatisfied customer with no practical solution.

I am sharing this experience so others understand that, in my case, the after-sales support did not reflect the premium image of the House of Amouage.

I ordered the women's sampler set, and a few days later got notification the order was confirmed and had been shipped. The same day I received the shipping notification, I also received an email saying my order had been cancelled at my request. I did not request a cancellation. I tried to get in touch with customer service via email and their webchat to find out what happened, and neither message was replied to. My money was refunded, and looking at the other comments here about the non-existent customer service, it seems I dodged a bullet. There are plenty of outstanding perfumeries that have excellent customer relations. I will shop with them.

Literally every single perfume of theirs is just gold. Don't know about customer service and all that, but solely in terms of perfume, I don't think there's any other house that nails every single one of their perfumes but Amouage, at least for me.

Do not order anything from this company.
How is this company getting away with selling very expensive high quality products with no customer service at all. I have emailed 4 times now requesting assistance to be totally ignored

SCAM! Avoid!! THey did not accept returns and DO NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS!

I don’t know where to start with my feelings on House of amouage. Customer service is either ignoring my emails or nonexistent at all. I have reached out through email and chat and no response at all. I love Amouage perfume but had no idea customer service was this bad. If it is not, someone please advise me what I need to do to get them to respond. I even called the number and still no response. Please amouage you have got to do better. I need to cancel my order before it was sent out because of the wrong payment method and you never responded. It was a quick fix to change payment method but no response. I will not order from your website again because I can not risk what situation might happen and no resolution of the problem.

I ordered the Most Loved Set. It is supposed to contain 4 different perfumes. Mine had two of the same so the 4th was missing - the whole point is to have the 4.
I have emailed and emailed and I have had no response.
Even though I do like the perfume, I will not be buying it again.
Shocking service for a supposedly high end company.
