Excellent phone excellent quality and super fast delivery

Having quite severe hearing loss I was unable to hear anyone speak on my landline phone. Read up on these amplified phones and thought i would give them a try. Because they have a booster button on the side i now can hear a conversation. To make it more clearer i still use loudspeaker but on my old phones I couldn't hear anything not even the ring tone. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is struggling to give them a try worth every penny

Quick and easy to purchase the telephone, which arrived promptly.
Decent quality product purchased for my parents who are hard of hearing and though its early days, the enhanced in-call volume does seem to be louder than other phones tried. So far a success!

Ordered an amplified flip phone for my 92 year old mother in law, who lives in a care home, as she was struggling to press the right buttons to answer her simple mobile. She also couldn't hear when she did answer.

Unknown to us she wasn't putting the phone to her ear! So we have put a sticker on the front of her new flip phone to remind her to open the phone and put it to her ear. So far she has been much better.

The only little niggle is the volume buttons are still on the side where you hold the phone so she often turns it down but when it is turned up full she is able to hear much better than with her old phone.

The service and speed of order was excellent.

Even though I should have researched the phones more thoroughly myself I chose the wrong one as when it was delivered (quickly) I found it would not connect to my system I then arranged a refund (which was an easy task) and was approved within 24hrs. I have just ordered the correct phone with advice from Geemarc Amplidect. This has been one of the best buying experiences I have had and instructions are actually printed out so that you know what to do before opening the box. Great Service.

I only rated it four as I did not keep the product. Service was fast as was refund. Reason for return was I found it too complicated for me.

Speed in which sent great, speed the post delivered it not great but that's in no way the fault of the company,
The phones themselves are great with extra loud button to press so I can hear it as I'm very deaf, large keypad buttons are great too.

Amplified alarm clock. It vibrates and makes a loud noise to wake you up. Easy to set up. Very pleased with it.

Good price and quick delivery. Fairly quick to replace defective unit.

Easy to Navigate the internet sight, Good delivery. Good quality telephone good service generally. However I really think that the design of the Answering Machine should have been more clear and Easier to use.

Good website and phones well packaged and delivered promptly. My wife and I are in our 80s and my wife finds the larger buttons are a big help. Amplification is more or less as described, but I would agree with a previous reviewer that set up is not easy for someone who is not tech savvy. Very careful attention needs to be paid to the instruction manual. That said, once properly set up, the base phone and three additional handsets are working well.

The initial discussion was helpful, & delivery was swift. The phone arrived and I had some issues setting it up I contacted you and was given a help number this was closed for 2 weeks. I contacted you again and explained the issue and was assured that I would get an email that day telling me to resolve the issue 8 days on no email! I rang again to finally be told the phone doesn’t actually do what I need it to do do a returns label would be emailed, still no email. Poor customer service.

I have connected my telephones over the years but this has defeated me, the instruction boolet is so long and for me not able to follow. A friend who s a techno has got me connected but we keep losing the loud ring when someone phones.

I am not enjoying them which is a pity as er have many hospital calls due to my failing health.

I might consider buying a different set.
